Research On Volunteer Service For Civilization Practice In The New Era In Yangling District

The construction of the Civilization Practice Center in the new era is a major decision made by the Party Central Committee in terms of strategic overall situation.Currently,the construction of the New Era Civilization Practice Center in Yangling District is in a crucial stage of deepening and expanding,and the effectiveness of volunteer service work is an important measure of the level of construction of the New Era Civilization Practice Center.Since 2019,Yangling District has been included in the pilot construction sequence of the first batch of new era civilization practice centers in the province and the second batch of new era civilization practice centers in China.After more than three years of exploration,the development effectiveness and existing problems of volunteer services for new era civilization practice have gradually emerged.This article combines the actual situation of Yangling District and uses literature research,questionnaire survey,and interview methods to deeply analyze the development status and existing problems of volunteer services for new era civilization practice in Yangling District.It is found that the Yangling District New Era Civilization Practice Center has established a "four level" organizational system for new era civilization practice,a "five major" service platform,a "six have" activity platform,and a "three level" propaganda platform;The New Era Civilization Practice Volunteer Service in Yangling District has established a "four level" volunteer service work system,established a new era civilization practice volunteer service development mechanism,and created characteristic volunteer service projects such as "big bowl tea" and "rural school".However,at the same time,there are still problems in the volunteer service activities of the New Era Civilization Practice in Yangling District,such as weak construction of volunteer service talent teams,low level of collaborative governance among multiple entities,mismatch between supply and demand in the implementation of volunteer service activities,and imbalanced implementation of volunteer service activities.The main reasons for this are due to outdated ideological concepts,insufficient innovation awareness,inadequate basic guarantees,imperfect collaborative mechanisms,imperfect management mechanisms,and insufficient publicity.Based on the actual development of Yangling District and fully drawing on domestic and foreign research results,the author proposes to strengthen the construction of a talent team for civilized practice volunteer service,improve the collaborative mechanism of civilized practice volunteer service,improve the system and mechanism of civilized practice volunteer service,improve the participation mechanism of civilized practice volunteer service,and establish a general pattern for promoting civilized practice volunteer service,In order to further optimize the path for the development of volunteer services in the new era of civilization practice in Yangling District.
