| The emergence of left-behind children is mainly caused by the flow of migrant workers.The children of the migrant population are left behind to live with the elderly or other relatives because of practical reasons,and these children are called "left-behind children".To carry out ethnological field investigation on the growth of left-behind children.On this basis,exploring the ways,ways and methods to solve the growth problems of left-behind children in ethnic areas has important practical significance for the healthy growth of children in the new era.This paper takes Tujia Autonomous County of Xiushan,Chongqing as a field point to conduct an ethnological investigation and research on the growth of left-behind children in N community of Guanzhuang Street.This study takes growth as the research entry point,and based on the Marxist theory of all-round human development,adopts research methods such as literature research,case analysis and field investigation to study the psychological character,life growth and learning of left-behind children in N community,and analyzes the growth status,existing problems and causes of left-behind children in N community.And put forward corresponding suggestions and countermeasures for their healthy growth and all-round development.First,analyze the causes of the growth problems of left-behind children according to the current situation and relevant data: first,analyze the main causes of the above problems of left-behind children in N communities from different cases;second,summarize the surface causes from the obtained field data;third,study and analyze the deep causes of the existing problems from the overall environment.Secondly,based on the in-depth analysis of the basic situation of left-behind children in N community,combined with the environmental factors of the current era and the theory of all-round human development,practical suggestions and countermeasures are proposed to promote the healthy growth and all-round development of left-behind children in N community from the following three aspects: For families,guardians should strengthen the care of left-behind children and strengthen the family education function together with the parents of left-behind children,pay attention to the emotional needs of left-behind children,strengthen the contact between left-behind children and parents,and enhance the communication between them.In terms of policies,parents of left-behind children should be provided with opportunities to choose jobs nearby,create a good environment for entrepreneurship in rural areas,improve rural teachers and benefits,and improve the social security system.In terms of schools,it is necessary to strengthen the educational function of schools,increase teachers’ attention to left-behind children,provide relevant help for left-behind children,and promote the construction of harmonious campuses. |
