Research On Smart Community Governance In Street B Of E City

In recent years,with the rapid development of smart cities,research on grid governance of smart communities,Internet plus community governance,intelligent community governance and other community governance models and methods are also warming up year by year.In July 2020,the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development issued the "Smart Community Construction Specification(Draft for Comments)",clarifying the definition of "smart community" and elaborating the overall structure of smart communities and construction standards for community public infrastructure.In May 2022,nine departments including the Central Political and Legal Commission,the Office of Cyberspace and Information Technology,and the Ministry of Civil Affairs issued the "Opinions on Deepening the Construction of Smart Communities",which clarified the overall direction,objectives,tasks,and safeguards for the development of smart communities.The "Opinions on Deepening the Construction of Smart Communities" proposed that by 2025,a smart community service platform with grid management,refined services,information support,and open sharing should be built,Create a new type of digital community with intelligent sharing and harmonious governance,significantly improving community governance and intelligent service levels.Smart community governance needs to better perceive social trends,unblock communication channels,assist decision-making and governance,and facilitate public affairs.The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China also proposes to further improve the basic public service system,improve the level of public service,enhance balance and accessibility,and solidly promote common prosperity.This thesis selects the smart community of B Street in E City as the research object.First,the two concepts of smart community and smart community governance are clarified,and then the three theoretical bases of new public service theory,multi-center governance theory and seamless government theory are laid down.A questionnaire is formulated according to the current situation of smart community governance of B street in E City.Based on the analysis of the questionnaire results of B street smart community governance,the thesis finds out the existing problems in B street smart community governance in E city,which are mainly manifested as insufficient cooperation,weak linkage and cooperation,single governance means and insufficient participation of residents.The reason lies in the lack of overall planning,the mismatch of supply and demand,the lack of humanistic focus and the formation of common interests.In addition to summarizing the inspiration and experience basis of smart community governance cases at home and abroad,this thesis summarizes three countermeasures and suggestions for the improvement of smart community governance in B Street,one is to coordinate the top-level design of smart community construction,the second is to form a market-oriented governance model for residents,and the third is to improve the subjectivity and participation of community residents.
