The Research Of Rural Community Governance In China From The Perspective Of Multi Center Theory

Rural areas have been playing an important role in the China world.The stability and the development of the countryside promote the stabilityand the development of the country. When the new China was established,the rural society has been the focus and become the focus of attentionof the party and the government. In the construction of the new socialistcountryside and the full realization of well-off society under the newbackground, China made a major strategic decision of the rural communityconstruction in rural areas. Rural community work also launchednationwide and has achieved remarkable results. With the continuousdevelopment of China’s socialist market economy and the expanding gapbetween urban and rural areas continue, rural community governance hasappeared many difficult problems. So rural community governances shouldplay the role and functions.By means of cooperation, governance subjectrealize the interaction. We should build a rural community governancemechanism, Including government, community organizations, market,community residents. It is an urgent need to address the problem of China’srural society.Based on the background of rural community governance research center,on the guidance of the Governance theory and Multi Center theory, byanalyzing the existing in the process of rural community governanceproblems, we put forward some suggestions for solving the problems. Thepurpose is to improve the level of the rural community governance. Thisarticle is divided into four parts. The first part is the introduction.In the first part, we introduce the research background and significance,as well as the main research content of this paper. The second part mainlyanalyzes the related concepts of rural communities and the related theory. The paper elaborates related theories, Including Governance and Goodgovernance theory, Multi Center theory and Civil Society theory, andsummarizes the positive significance of these theories on rural communitygovernance of multiple subjects. The third part analyzes changes of ruralcommunity governance and questions of governance in rural community.Although rural community governance has made great achievements, we haveto face in the process of development problems. Government, communityorganizations, market and community residents have various problems. Thefourth part is the construction of the rural community multi governancefrom the perspective of multi center. First of all, we should clear thestatus and role of the various governance bodies. Secondly, we couldcultivate the rural community governance subjects, and play various roles.We would establish a partnership between governance subjects. Ruralcommunity governance will acquire great success.
