Research On The Effective Connection Of Rural Revitalization And Poverty Alleviation

In 2020,China successfully achieved a comprehensive victory in the fight against poverty,creating a great miracle in the history of human "poverty reduction",and under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,the Central Committee of the Party put forward the strategy of rural revitalization in rural areas.In the same year,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council jointly issued the "Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Consolidating and Expanding the Achievements of Poverty Eradication and Rural Revitalisation",which clearly stated that by 2025,the achievements of poverty eradication should be further consolidated and the development of poverty-eradicated areas and rural revitalisation should continue to be promoted.Nowadays,it is a critical period to consolidate the achievements of poverty eradication and rural revitalization.This paper uses literature research,field surveys and case studies to study the effective linkage between rural revitalisation and poverty eradication from a village perspective,taking the poverty-stricken village of Exi Y in a deep poverty area as a vehicle for poverty eradication and development.Based on literature research,this paper introduces and analyses the logic,background and current situation of the articulation between rural revitalisation and poverty eradication.Based on the field survey in Y Village of West China,Y Village has adopted the measures of party building to lead rural development,organising training to enhance farmers’ skills,strengthening the follow-up management of poverty alleviation assets and collaborating with "East-West" to guarantee the connection,and the connection between rural revitalisation and poverty alleviation in Y Village of West China has achieved certain results.This is mainly reflected in the formation of the "12131" characteristic support model,which has increased the income of people in difficulty,cultivated new types of professional farmers,innovated the model of linking farmers with farmers,and improved the level of rural governance.In view of the problems of insufficient initiative of the main body,weak content and weak protection of the articulation between rural revitalization and poverty eradication in Exi Y village,a three-dimensional perspective of "main body-content-protection" is constructed.The three-dimensional perspective of "subject-content-guarantee" is constructed.The analysis shows that the poor linkage between rural revitalization and poverty alleviation in Exi Y village is mainly due to the lack of endogenous motivation of the linkage subjects,the complexity and diversity of the linkage contents,and the inadequate guarantee mechanism of the linkage.Therefore,by stimulating the endogenous motivation of the subjects of rural revitalization and poverty eradication,optimizing the contents of the linkage and improving the guarantee mechanism of the linkage,the effective linkage between rural revitalization and poverty eradication can be realized,which will help revitalize the countryside in all aspects and eventually build a livable,workable and beautiful countryside.
