Research On The Assistance Of Minor Children Of Prisoners In San Ming

In recent years,the state has attached more and more importance to the care and protection of minors.After a series of policy documents on caring for children in difficult circumstances have been issued,the minor children of prisoners are regarded as a special group among them,it has also drawn attention from all walks of life.Because their parents are in a state of imprisonment and lack of parental care and education,they may drop out of school,lead to difficulties in life,be psychologically distorted,be excluded and so on,which seriously affects their healthy growth,and in the long run,will certainly affect social harmony and stability.Therefore,it is of great significance to optimize and perfect the current relief system for prisoners’ minor children.Over the years,Sanming has continuously increased its efforts in the protection of minors,and has achieved certain results.Sanming’s experience in the protection of minors has been promoted throughout the province,the Sanming Bureau of Civil Affairs,the lead agency for the protection of minors,has been awarded the title of “National Advanced Collective for Left-behind children in China care,protection and protection of children in difficulty”.In2020,on the basis of the work on the Protection of Minors,Sanming will launch relief work for the children of prisoners who are minors,and carry out targeted activities in the form of services purchased by the government.Based on the theories of multiple welfare,government functions and public governance,this paper tries to find out the rescue situation of the minor children of the prisoners in Sanming by consulting the data and adopting the methods of interview and Questionnaire Survey,an analysis of the situation of assistance to the minor children of prisoners in Sanming has revealed that there are still problems in Sanming that need further improvement,manifested in the fact that assistance involves many departments,that no specific policy provisions have been issued,and that no truly leading department is responsible for it,it has affected the efficiency of assistance,the target of assistance has not been fully covered and some targets have been left out of the assistance policy,and there is still a gap between the service content provided by the assistance and the actual needs of the minor children of the prisoners.And the problem is mainly summed up in the government departments,society,family,personal four factors,on the basis of in-depth analysis of the reasons,from the perspective of government departments,society,families and individuals,corresponding countermeasures are put forward,in which government departments should play a leading role,efforts have been made to improve the system,establish communication mechanisms between departments,increase investment in funds and diversify forms of relief.Social forces proceed from social organizations,schools,communities and the general public,cohesion and cohesion provide rich relief services for the minor children of prisoners,and families strengthen communication through the implementation of guardianship responsibilities,the creation of a warm family atmosphere,etc.,to actively create a healthy growing environment for the minor children of prisoners;the individual is the key link in carrying out relief work,it is necessary to establish a correct outlook on life and cultivate the character of self-reliance and self-reliance,to help the minor children of prisoners get rid of psychological inferiority and take the initiative to accept the assistance provided by others.Through the above-mentioned measures,we hope to effectively improve the situation in Sanming with regard to assistance for the minor children of prisoners.
