Among the human resource management systems of contemporary companies,the more important link is performance management.Strengthening performance management and optimizing the performance management system can improve the overall level of the company’s human resource management system.Through a series of scientific indicators,it will play a good role in improving the efficiency and work enthusiasm of the company’s employees and bring more benefits to the company.Security companies have certain particularity.With the gradual rise of the security industry in China in recent years and the deepening of the marketization process,it is more important to constantly enhance the management level of the company and improve the overall quality of security practitioners.Modern security companies need to set up a more scientific company performance management system within the framework of human resource management theory.Let the enthusiasm of the security staff be improved and the professional level be constantly improved.Through a set of scientific human resource management system,the security company will be guaranteed to develop to a higher level.In this paper,D Security Company is taken as the research object,and the research methods such as literature research,questionnaire survey,key performance indicators and field survey are comprehensively used to systematically study the status quo,problems,corresponding optimization strategies and safeguard measures of D Security Company’s performance management.The overall research context of the paper is as follows: First,the research status of performance management theory at home and abroad is summarized,and a variety of modern performance management theoretical tools are introduced.Secondly,it introduces the basic situation of D Security Company and the current situation of performance management,and finds out the existing problems and causes of performance management of the company through questionnaire distribution and data processing analysis.The problems focus on the low quantification of performance evaluation indicators,the lack of performance communication and feedback,and the formalization of performance results application.The causes are mainly summarized as cognitive factors,institutional factors,and cultural factors.Finally,combined with the actual situation of D Security Company,a targeted performance management optimization plan is proposed,as well as security measures that are conducive to the implementation of performance management optimization.The optimization plan includes the improvement of performance management plan,performance management measures,performance management assessment,and performance management application.Security measures are mainly focused on the implementation of organizational leadership,guidance of management culture,and emphasis on employee training.Through the research on the performance management of security company D in this paper,it is expected to find out the problems and reasons in the current performance management of the company as soon as possible,and put forward proposals and safeguard measures conducive to the optimization of the company’s performance management system,so as to effectively improve the performance management level of the security company,and provide some useful reference and reference for the optimization and innovation of the management system of security companies in other regions.
