| Township governments,as the most front-line institutional institutions,are the direct subject of the implementation and promotion of rural revitalization and development,and the headquarter at the forefront of building a well-off society in an all-round way.The level of public service supply directly affects the effectiveness of the work of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" and determines the level of people’s happiness.In 2021,The State Council issued the Guiding Opinions on strengthening grass-roots governance and upgrading the modernization level of governance capacity,which established the important position of grass-roots governance in national and social development at the national level.Under this situation,this paper takes Ordos W Town as the research object,takes the new public service theory as the basis,and combines the current practical experience accumulated in the process of building a service-oriented government in China,through systematic research,constructs a highly innovative index evaluation system and empowers various indicators,and obtains the measurement index of public service supply level with the township government as the object.Combined with the index evaluation system,this paper summarizes the existing problems and the deep-seated reasons behind the current public service supply level in W town of Ordos,and finally puts forward highly feasible optimization suggestions for the existing problems,so that the research conclusions obtained in this paper can play a certain role in promoting the improvement of public service level in W town and promote the transformation and realization of service-oriented government in the vast number of villages. |
