Research On The Image Shaping Of Ulanqab Municipal Government

The image of government is a comprehensive impression,opinion and evaluation of the public through direct or indirect perception of government-related affairs.A good government image is related to the public’s trust in the government and affects the legitimacy of the government and its authority,and more and more governments take the pursuit of their own good image as the goal of their efforts.Since entering the new era,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core has established a new view of development in the era,and after the 20 th Party Congress was held,the goal of striving for a new victory in building a comprehensive socialist modern state was set,which has put forward higher and newer requirements for the shaping of the government’s image.Local governments are subordinate to the provincial and central administrative organs,and their images are special,but in a small way,they can see the big picture,and shaping a good image of local governments is conducive to further promoting the construction of the national image.This paper takes the image shaping of Ulanqab city government as the research object,and uses questionnaire survey method and interview method for measure analysis,dilemma analysis and countermeasure analysis.Based on the theory of GIS government image recognition system,this paper mainly innovates and proposes five sub-systems for analyzing the image shaping measures,namely: to lead the overall image shaping with the government governing concept,to lay the foundation of the government image with the government real,to promote the government image shaping with the interaction between the government and the people,to convey the government concept with the aid of the audiovisual image,and to enhance the effect of the government image shaping with the new media as the way.In the process of image shaping,the Ulanqab municipal government can keep up with the changes of the times,establish the administrative concept of pursuing people’s satisfaction,building a government of rule of law,based on innovative government,and creating a clean government,and carry out work under the guidance of the concept;open up some channels to strengthen the interaction between the government and the public,and also make a lot of efforts in the establishment of the visual image and the auditory image of the government,and use the advantages of new media to carry out a series of government work on image communication.However,the following dilemmas still exist in Ulanqab City: imperfect establishment and communication of the government’s conceptual awareness,negative impact of the government’s poor public relations ability on the government’s image,poor communication due to limited channels of public participation in decision-making,lack of standardized and professional design of the government’s visual and auditory image,and the lack of a complete online evaluation system of public satisfaction.Based on the above dilemmas,this paper proposes corresponding strategies to optimize image building:deepen the public awareness of government philosophy,strengthen crisis public relations through new media,promote good government image through online questioning,lead the construction of government audiovisual image with philosophy value,and improve the basic ability of government image building through new media and big data.The Ulanqab city government is a microcosm of the local government,and its image also represents the image of the local government,which has certain practical significance in shaping a good image of the government such as "people-oriented","democratic","legal" and "service-oriented".
