| In recent years,the country has attached great importance to the development of vocational education,and its significance in social and economic development and educational reform and innovation has become increasingly prominent,facing rapid transformation.With the introduction of various policies such as enrollment expansion in vocational colleges,the student management in vocational colleges urgently needs to respond in real-time and undergo organizational changes.This article takes S Vocational and Technical College,one of the most representative vocational colleges at the professional level in China,as the research object.Through in-depth interviews with 30 administrative leaders,college supervisors,and frontline counselors engaged in student management work,research data is collected and analyzed to summarize the student management reform process of S Vocational and Technical College.From the perspective of organizational change theory,explore the difficulties,problems,and causes of student management of organizational change,and propose countermeasures and suggestions.Research has found that S Vocational and Technical College has achieved certain results in the three stages of organizational change,namely "unfreezing transformation refreezing",starting from the organizational structure,personnel,workflow,and technological change of student management.However,due to factors such as internal and external environment,organizational group obstacles,and individual obstacles within the organization,change also encounters problems and difficulties.Finally,this study proposes strategies such as emphasizing strategic management,optimizing collaborative cooperation,utilizing information technology,and building organizational culture to enhance the level and quality of student management in vocational colleges.The results of this study have good practical value for the student management reform of S Vocational and Technical College,and also have reference and reference significance for the student management reform of similar vocational colleges at the same level in China.The innovative reference point of this article is that most existing research mainly analyzes the necessity of organizational change in vocational colleges and proposes strategies for organizational change,or conducts research from a management perspective on student management.However,there is not enough research on student management reform in vocational colleges based on the perspective of organizational change;The second is that in the existing research on student management reform in vocational colleges,it mainly focuses on the research of student management itself,that is,the research focuses on student management objects,student management subjects,and student management systems.Therefore,this study studies the reform of student management in vocational colleges from the perspective of organizational change,reflecting innovation in content. |
