In the process of school moral education,moral evaluation is very important.The process of school moral education is the process of internalizing the social ideological and political morality into the individual moral character of the educatee,and the evaluation of students’ moral character is the judgment of the degree of consistency between the development level of students’ moral character and the goal of moral education.If we can’t judge the level of students’ development effectively,then we can’t investigate the effect of school moral education and promote the improvement of school moral education.Therefore,the scientificity and effectiveness of moral evaluation become the key to the smooth development of school moral education,and also become an important problem to be solved urgently in the education reform.However,in the process of moral education in schools,due to too many variable factors and complex process,moral evaluation has become the weakest and easiest link in school education.In order to change the status quo and improve the effectiveness of moral evaluation,it is urgent to investigate the specific situation of moral evaluation.At present,in the field of education evaluation,the combination of "development" and "evaluation" has become a consensus,and the developmental moral evaluation has become the inevitable trend of education reform.Under this background,only by adhering to the developmental moral evaluation can we accurately grasp the actual situation of students’ moral development.Although there are some researches on moral evaluation at home and abroad,the researches are more scattered,more focused on the use of specific methods,and few on the development of moral evaluation.Based on this understanding,this study investigates and studies the developmental moral evaluation of primary school students.Supported by the relevant theories of the developmental moral evaluation,taking a primary school in Changchun as a case,it studies and analyzes the existing problems and the causes of the problems,analyzes the current situation of the developmental moral evaluation of primary school students in China,and constructs the effective strategies of the developmental moral evaluation from the reality.Firstly,this study makes a theoretical analysis of the development of moral evaluation.On the basis of expounding the feasibility of moral evaluation and related theories,this paper puts forward the related concepts,characteristics and ought to be state of the development of moral evaluation.It provides investigation dimension and scientific judgment basis for the following investigation.Secondly,a case study of a primary school in Changchun City is carried out,in which 8 teachers and leaders are selected for in-depth interviews.Through the collected data,the status quo of evaluation subjects,standards,contents,methods and results is explained,which provides a large number of real and effective basis for the study.Thirdly,based on the status of development moral evaluation,this paper analyzes the problems in the process of moral evaluation and the causes of the problems.The main problems are: Students’ participation is not high,multi cooperation has not yet formed;the operability of standard formulation is not high;the content is relatively single,not comprehensive;the use of methods is relatively single,scattered and the results are not fully utilized.This is mainly due to the lack of theoretical research on moral evaluation,wrong understanding of educational concepts and insufficient supervision of educational administrative departments.Finally,according to the results of the investigation and analysis,the author puts forward three effective ways to promote the development of moral evaluation and improve the authenticity and effectiveness of moral evaluation by improving the professional level of the evaluation team,building a transferable evaluation mechanism and making full use of the growth record bag,and adhering to the process evaluation.
