| Global economic integration and the intensification of industry competition,more and more enterprises choose to establish corporate universities to enhance their core competitiveness.Because the development strategy of enterprises is a dynamic adjustment process,the mission and core tasks of corporate universities are different at different stages of enterprise development.However,due to the fact that corporate universities are imported from abroad,it has been introduced into China for a relatively short time.Due to the lack of construction experience,which leads to the acclimatization in the actual operation process.These situations not only lead to the waste of enterprise resources,but also make enterprise managers question the effectiveness of enterprise construction of corporate universities.At present,domestic academic research on corporate university mainly focuses on static research such as"what is corporate university","core function of corporate uni vers ity" and "operation mode of corporate university".There is little research on dynamic evolution of corporate university.Therefore,how to use the perspective of strategic and organizational change theory to study the characteristics and adaptability of corporate university in different development stages of enterprises Adaptability is very important,which leads to the theme of this paper.Firstly,this paper summarizes and defines the core concepts of corporate university in detail,and reviews the relevant literature and theories of strategic management theory and organizational change theory.On this basis,this paper puts forward the theoretical analysis framework of environmental change strategic adjustment organizational change.Taking exploratory single case study as the main research method,this paper selects H University,which has been established in China for above 10 years and has been widely recognized in the industry,as the research object,and attempts to summarize and summarize the evolution path of the company’s corporate university construction mode and the driving factors of H University mode evolution through the longitudinal research on the development process of the company’s corporate university.The key factors point out the direction and provide reference for many enterprises who hope to enhance their core competitiveness through corporate universities.Through the target case,this paper introduces the differences of the mode of corporate university based on the three stages of organizational change,and makes a comparative demonstration.Through the combination of data and cases,the key factors affecting the construction of enterprise university model are obtained,which are the matching of enterprise development strategy and enterprise university strategy,the matching of enterprise organization model and corporate university model,the matching of enterprise development stage and corporate university model selection.Finally,on the basis of the key factors,the construction of corporate university is in line with enterprise strategic development and organizational change.The research results of this paper provide constructive suggestions for enterprises to carry out effective practice:the mode construction of corporate university should consider the development stage of the enterprise,the internal and external environment of the organization,which directly affects the construction mode of corporate university.It is necessary to fully combine with the actual situation of the enterprise to construct the corporate university mode,so as to make the corporate university become the core driving force of enterprise development. |
