In China,the research on core strength training began to increase after 2008,but most of the research is highly repetitive,and the research on further differentiation of core strength training methods is less.However,there are few studies on the types of College Students’ strength training.basis.Two different basic training methods:static core stability training and dynamic core strength training,this paper makes a comparative experiment on the special technical level of young basketball players.Through the experiment,we can compare which of the two core training methods has more significant effect on improving the special skills of young basketball players.At the same time,this study aims to help young basketball players improve their competitive level;provide new ideas and new training methods in physical training;provide effective reference for the coach team of young basketball team,so as to develop targeted training programs.This paper uses the methods of literature,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis and experiment.From the youth training team of Beijing Sport University,we selected 16 players who are 15-18 years old and have no injury and no significant difference in technical level,height,age and weight.By drawing lots,the 16 players were randomly divided into four equal groups,group 1,group 2,group 3 and control group,with 4 players in each group.In this paper,we designed a single factor,completely randomized,multi-level,pre-test and post test experiment.The first group was dynamic basic strength training,the second group was static basic stability training,and the third group was dynamic basic strength training+static core training.After 12 weeks of experimental processing,paired t-test was used to test the pre test and post test results in the same group,the improvement degree of the results before and after the test between different groups was tested by single factor variance test and subsequent multiple comparison.The conclusion is as follows1.Static core stability training and dynamic core strength training have no significant effect on the improvement of dribbling technical ability of young basketball players.2.Dynamic basic strength training or dynamic+static training of young basketball players,and the effect of dynamic basic strength training method is better.3.Dynamic core strength training and static core strength stability training have no significant effect on 90 second jump shot ability of young basketball players;static core strength stability training and static+dynamic core strength training have no significant effect on 90 second jump shot ability of young basketball players.It has obvious influence on the shooting ability of three men at fixed distance Project.The static core stability training method is more effective.
