Research On The Construction And Countermeasures Of U13-U15 Age Players Ideological And Political Education In China Football Institute

Under the background of national policy support and the combination of sports and education,it is urgent to build a football ideological and political education model with Chinese characteristics.As an important part of the construction of the football reserve talents system of Beijing University of Sport,China Football University(Qinhuangdao Campus)is carrying out the national policy and carrying out the transformation of "University + base".In order to avoid and solve the long-term problem of "Emphasizing specialty,neglecting humanities"in the integration of sports and education,to realize the medium-and long-term development goal of Chinese football,and to carry out the educational idea of "Establishing virtue and cultivating people"and "All-round development".Preliminary establishment of strengthening the ideological and political education in football reserve personnel training,education first development ideas.Through the methods of Literature Review,Questionnaire Survey,interview,video observation,Mathematical Statistics and field survey,this paper takes the overall ideological and political construction of the Chinese football academy as the main body of investigation,and the ranks of the U13-U15 age group as the object of investigation,through the research and analysis of the implementation path of ideological and political education,the overall ideological and political situation,the impact of three factors,through the quantitative and qualitative analysis of the combination of "How to train people".And came to the following conclusions:1.The Chinese football academy has formed the characteristic mode of training reserve talents and giving full play to the main channel of ideology and politics in the training course.The "One day,three exercises","One week,one race"and "One week,two races"cyclical training arrangements of the Chinese football academy have formed a special training as the main body,with the coordinated development of technology,physical fitness and competition,the development mechanism to promote the scientific improvement of students.Give full play to the unique function of ideological and political education in football training from the characteristics of different training time,target and content,on the basis of football training,we should strengthen the ideological and political education of hard-working,positive adaptation,transposition thinking and mutual understanding.At present,the main reasons for students’ lack of goal-orientation are that the periodic goal of training is not clear and the combination of physical training and ball is less.2.The Chinese football academy has formed the characteristic mode of training reserve talents and giving full play to the main as the core,cultural course as the leading,and moral education as the assistant.The function of training course to train students to develop in an all-round way has been proved further,but the proportion of training course is not balanced.Classroom teaching in culture class is no longer the only way.The constant improvement of the development mechanism of theme class meeting and class style construction has played a good effect on students’ ideological and political education.As a feature of ideological and political education,moral education is the key to form the environment of moral education.The work of moral education guides and standardizes the thoughts of the students of U13-U15 age group from four aspects:patriotism,volunteer activities,cultivation education and humanistic care,thus to make up for the uneven implementation of ideological and political elements of training courses.However,at present,the level of autonomous development of U13-U15 age students still needs to be further improved.4.Among the five major factors,the educator,the educated,the curriculum content,the mode of communication,and the environment,the educator and the educated are the main influencing factors,its own ability to ideological and political education teaching,reception,internalization,externalization are playing a vital role.Among them,the most prominent factor is the educator’s own quality.An educator with excellent quality can change the EDUCATEE’s ability of receiving education,understanding education and transforming theory into external behavior.As the positive factor in ideological and political education,the course content and the way of communication are the optimizers to improve the quality of ideological and political education.The environment,as a negative factor,not only promotes the ideological and political construction but also disturbs it,so it needs to be monitored and controlled in real time.5.At present,the ideological and political construction of the U13-U15 age group is in the primary stage,so we should adhere to the development path of"Educating people with football and cultivating reserve talents with football".We should perfect the all-round development of the cultural course,coordinate the way construction of ideological and political implementation in time,and promote the sustainable development of ideological and political construction by improving the evaluation system.
