| Several Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on the Deepening Reform and Standardized Development of Preschool Education pointed out that "by 2020,the gross enrollment rate of three-year preschool schools in China will reach 85%,and the coverage rate of universal kindergartens(the proportion of children in public kindergartens and private kindergartens)will reach 80%.Therefore,governments at all levels to carry out special management action of supporting kindergartens in the community,and vigorously develop inclusive kindergartens.In this context,the development of inclusive private kindergartens,which account for the vast majority of inclusive kindergartens,is related to the realization of this goal.Therefore,it is particularly important to study the development situation,survival condition and predicament of universal private kindergartens.This research adopts case study method.selection of preschool education reform leading demonstration area,a universality of private kindergartens in wuhan city,with investors,kindergarten director and teacher of depth interview,focused on the development of the park from scratch,tries to comprehensively present real universality private garden town village,creation and development of the whole,draw the outline of the kindergarten’s survival circumstances,to clarify the current difficulty of kindergarten,and then put forward the solving strategy of operability,promote the healthy development of private kindergarten universality.Specifically,this study is divided into two parts.The introduction part combs the reason,significance,current situation and research design of the study one by one.The body part first restates the policy,social and personal background before the establishment of the kindergarten,and shows the basic information of the current kindergarten.Secondly,through the interviews with investors,principals and teachers,the three stages of the establishment and development of the kindergarten are presented around a series of key events and major nodes in the development of the kindergarten,such as environment creation,teacher construction,curriculum construction,enrollment and so on:preparatory period,initial period,and development period.Then,in the process of combing the development of the kindergarten,inductive thinking and universality of private kindergartens to deal with two pairs of relations with the government,parents,and the existence of for-profit and public welfare,the two contradictions of market regulation and government regulation,and then sums up the general private kindergartens in faculty construction,curriculum construction and the predicament of triple in the aspects of steady development.Finally,in view of the real predicament of the development of the kindergarten,the corresponding solutions are put forward from the government policy support,the specific help of the society and the kindergarten self-development,so as to promote the healthy development of the universal private kindergarten. |
