| After the general plan for deepening the reform of educational evaluation in the new era was put forward,it pointed out the direction for domestic educational reform.In the context of educational evaluation reform in the new era,students’ comprehensive quality assessment has become an important measure and key path to get rid of the chronic disease of “score only” evaluation,change the current situation of students’ assessment and promote students’ personalized development,and then boost the school to “change the way of education”.Research on the implementation of comprehensive quality assessment of junior high school students is not only an objective demand to promote the curriculum reform of basic education,but also conducive to the implementation of the basic task of moral education.During the process,the educational quality and concept of schools and teachers will be affected.This is conducive to promoting the reform and progress of educational methods and evaluation methods,thus truly transforming the traditional talent training methods and enabling students to self-analyze,self-educate and self-recognize.During the process,students must be able to show their subjective initiative.This new evaluation method can help the society and families cultivate new talents and create an excellent educational environment for students.With the gradual popularization of comprehensive quality assessment in senior high schools,how to carry out comprehensive quality evaluation in junior high schools has become a problem for people to explore.At present,in view of the evaluation methods adopted by middle school students of schools in China is not perfect in concept,method or specific operation.Therefore,this study,taking Huacheng middle school as an example,takes Student Evaluation Theory,Multiple Intelligences Theory and Marxist Theory of Human Combining various theories and research methods to carry out empirical investigation and research on the current situation of junior high school curriculum and the integrated quality of students.The purpose is to explore a set of scientific and effective implementation strategies that can be applied to the junior high schools’ comprehensive quality assessment,and promote schools and teachers to form an evaluation view and talent view that is more suitable for the development of the times,so as to improve students’ comprehensive quality and promote school moral education to a new level.The main findings are:Establishing a scientific evaluation system.Through questionnaires and interviews,it is clear that we should focus on refining subjective indicators in the evaluation dimension.The quantification of subjective indicators such as ideological and moral character,physical and mental health and artistic literacy is a difficulty,and relevant evaluation standards can be set.At the same time,we should strengthen training,improve the operation level of participants,unify the understanding of teachers,students and parents on various evaluation dimensions,and form a joint force.Strengthening process management.Through the research,it is found that strengthening process management is the key to ensure the implementation of the work.We should establish a supervision mechanism and assessment system to improve the enthusiasm of the evaluation subject.We should feed back the results in time and give guidance after evaluation to promote the growth of students.Track the growth track of students through the evaluation results.Keep up with the direction of reform and give full play to the role of evaluation results in entering higher education.By encouraging and setting up models,we can promote students’ targeted improvement of comprehensive ability and boost the school running level to a new level.With the help of information technology innovation evaluation method.It is found that the application of information-based is the breakthrough of innovation evaluation method.With the help of information technology,the evaluation of student management and development quality is decomposed into daily school and student family life.Through We-chat Applet,all aspects of behaviors and levels of classes and students can be observed and recorded anytime and anywhere,which can effectively save teachers’ time in student management and ensure the accuracy,high quality and efficiency of data statistics. |
