In order to meet the growing needs of the people in all aspects and make up for the deficiencies of the government in the field of public services,the central government is committed to building a number of professional and high-quality social work talents by establishing and improving relevant policies and investing a large amount of funds to support the development of social work.Students majoring in social work master the basic knowledge of social work in systematic learning,exercise and improve their practical ability through professional practice,and become a qualified social worker.Therefore,this paper will focus on how social work students in the new era identify with social workers in the environment formed by society,school and themselves,and then serve as the internal support for their future career.In recent years,the cultivation of some professionals in Humanities and social sciences is out of line with the market demand,and the professional counterpart rate is low,among which the professional counterpart problem of social work is the most prominent.Professional practice has always been an important topic in the research fields of education and practice.In the process of professional and professional development of social work,the research on professional practice and professional identity will help to alleviate the brain drain of China’s social work industry and speed up the process of social work specialization and professionalization.This paper holds that the practice of social work specialty is one of the influencing factors leading to the low professional counterpart rate,and the poor effect of practice affects the professional identity of social work students.Under the guidance of the macro and professional perspective,the students’ practice work is comprehensively and systematically analyzed from the perspective of multi-level social and professional feedback,and the students’ practice work is comprehensively and systematically analyzed from the perspective of multi-level social and professional feedback.The research shows that social work professional identity is a multi-dimensional concept,and the dimensions of professional identity change differently under the influence of various factors in different periods;The professional identity of social work students before practice changes from low to high with the deepening of students’ study in school;During the internship period,under the influence of school factors and institutional factors,professional identity presents a diversified development trend;The effect of internship has a certain impact on interns’ career orientation,but the dual role of social factors and personal factors is the decisive factor of interns’ career orientation.Study the factors that affect the professional identity of professional practice,and then effectively improve the methods of students’ professional identity,provide the basis for students in the internship period at the personal level,improve their professional identity,and help them find the significance of practice smoothly;At the social level,it helps to improve the organizational system of social work institutions and enhance the school’s attention to the improvement of students’ internship links;At the national level,it is helpful to achieve the goal of cultivating social work talents.
