| Thematic teaching refers to a teaching mode in which teachers take the theme as the core,integrate the knowledge of single disciplines or interdisciplinary fields,and guide students to build and improve their own knowledge network in the teaching process.At present,the scale of Chinese teaching in Laos is expanding day by day,but there is still a lack of research on Chinese teaching in young children.Therefore,the author tries to explore and solve the problem of "what to teach" and "how to teach" for early childhood Chinese teachers.Based on this,the author carried out thematic teaching in the kindergarten middle class of Chen Jue Ter Chinese School and conducted a profound reflection.First of all,the author provides an overview of the Chinese language teaching situation in Chen Jue Ter Chinese School,and discusses the feasibility and difficulties of the implementation of thematic teaching in kindergartens.Secondly,the overall teaching objectives,theme content,theme activities,teaching methods and teaching evaluation standards are established to prepare for subsequent teaching implementation.Next,with the help of the classroom observation method and case analysis method,the four themes of facial features,expressions,animals and colors are taken as examples,and the implementation of teaching is specifically analyzed and evaluated,including the children’ s cognitive level,acceptance of new knowledge,interest in different topics,and cooperation with different activities.In addition,three management teachers in the middle class were interviewed to feedback on the effectiveness of thematic Chinese teaching for young children.Finally,the author found that this teaching model helps to develop children’s multiple intelligences,help children acquire new knowledge in meaningful learning,and enrich and improve their cognitive structure. |
