College students are the main force to implement the strategy of scientific and technological innovation and promote mass entrepreneurship and innovation.Since the implementation of the university enrollment expansion policy in China,the scale of higher education has increased sharply,and the gross enrollment rate of higher education has reached 54.4%.The success and employment of college graduates has also become a topic of common concern in the society.The employment flow of graduates in China is a comprehensive,systematic,complex and changing problem.This paper uses sample data to study it.Main purpose:by analyzing the employment space flow of college graduates,this paper studies and analyzes the trend and changes of the employment flow of college graduates in China,the factors affecting the employment flow of college graduates,and how these factors play a role.Research methods:This paper adopts the methods of literature research,comparative research and general statistical analysis.The research data mainly come from the 2020 graduate employment quality report released by Chinese universities,Max China 2016-2018 college graduates’ social needs and training quality tracking evaluation,and the data of Provincial College Graduates’employment management platform.Multivariate analysis method uses logistic regression model to analyze the probability of affecting the employment space flow of graduates.Main results:through the statistical description and regression analysis of the data,the corresponding conclusions are drawn:1.Gender,education,major,economic development level,income level,institution type,policy and system all have a significant impact on the employment space of graduates.2.2.The inflow or outflow of graduates in the region is directly affected by the level of economic development,and policies and systems directly affect the inflow of talents.Policy suggestions:1.Promote the regional balanced development of higher education;2.Formulate preferential policies related to the return of graduates;3.Speed up the construction and improvement of the labor market in underdeveloped areas;4.Encourage graduates to start their own businesses and vigorously develop private enterprises;5.Constantly improve the social security system for college students. |
