| With the promulgation of two policies,the Ministry of Education’s "Emergency Notice on Reducing Students’ Excessive Burden in Primary Schools" and "Guiding Opinions on Strengthening the Management of Primary and Secondary Schools and Standardizing School-running Behavior",the phenomenon of "three and a half problems" has appeared in the society.It is not only a problem for schools and families,but also a livelihood issue that the society pays close attention to.In the context of double reduction,in order to solve the "3:30 problem",the Ministry of Education issued the "Guiding Opinions of the General Office of the Ministry of Education on Doing a Good Job in After-School Services for Primary and Secondary School Students" in 2017.Areas that need it make clear requirements.In October 2019,the Z city area will implement after-school delayed service.This research is based on the actual situation of after-school services in Z city,and in order to objectively reflect the current progress of after-school services for primary school students,two schools in Z city are selected as the survey samples for in-depth understanding and on-the-spot investigation and research.Taking 400 relevant personnel including school teachers,students and parents as the survey objects,using literature research method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and other research methods,from the perspective of learning and teaching,this paper comprehensively analyzes the implementation status of after-school services for primary school students in Z City,There are problems and improvement strategies.Through investigation and research,it is found that since the after-school service was launched,the problem of pick-up and drop-off after 3:30 has been alleviated.At the same time,there are also typical problems from the perspective of learning and teaching: 1.After-school delayed service The previous "study situation" survey was seriously insufficient;2.In the process of after-school delayed service,teaching was not carried out in accordance with "learning to teach";3.Respect for students’ subject consciousness;4.Create after-school delayed service courses based on students’ needs Due to the lack of action and implementation conditions,and finally,in response to the existing problems,from 1.The basic "learning to teach" runs through the whole process of after-school services;2.After-school services are created based on the understanding of learning conditions;3.Timely adjustment and creation of after-school services 4.To meet the overall development of students as a criterion to evaluate the quality of after-school services,and put forward suggestions and measures from the perspective of learning and teaching,so as to promote the healthy development of after-school services for primary school students in Z City and China. |
