| Chinese modern and contemporary prose has the characteristics of extensive and diverse material selection,flexible and free structure and expressing true feelings,accounting for half of the unified edition of junior middle school Chinese textbooks.It plays a great role in improving junior middle school students’ understanding of the connotation of the article,understanding the author’s emotion and improving their aesthetic appreciation ability.However,the current teaching situation of modern and contemporary prose in junior middle school is not optimistic.In terms of teachers’ teaching,some teachers ignore the text,rely too much on teaching reference materials,and there are some problems such as prose teaching model;In terms of students’ learning,some students do not pay attention to the study of prose.They think that prose is easy to understand and easy to read.They are more willing to spend time learning texts of classical Chinese and other genres.In the long run,this is not conducive to the teaching of modern and contemporary prose,but also makes modern and contemporary prose lose its due value.In view of the current teaching situation of modern and contemporary prose in junior middle school,close reading of text is an important method to effectively improve it.The "text close reading method" advocated by the British and American New Critics requires that the text close reading should focus on the text,take the careful reading of the text language as the starting point,deeply consider the text content and experience the emotional connotation contained therein.In China,Mr.Sun Shaozhen,a famous scholar,put forward the theory of text close reading,his famous works close reading and other related works,and put forward the practical operation strategy of text close reading,so that the theory of text close reading can be effectively applied to the Chinese classroom in middle school.Therefore,this paper intends to apply the text close reading to the teaching of modern and contemporary prose in junior middle school,and explore the specific strategies of text close reading combined with specific articles.The full text consists of four chapters.The first chapter is the study of teaching materials,which mainly analyzes the number,distribution,arrangement and theme of modern and contemporary prose in the unified edition of junior middle school Chinese teaching materials,and summarizes the characteristics of modern and contemporary prose in the unified edition of junior middle school Chinese teaching materials.There are four characteristics of selection and compilation,namely,reasonable selection and compilation quantity and flexible arrangement;The selected topics are extensive and rich in content;The difficulty of text selection follows the law of students’ cognition;The anthology is both classic and contemporary.The second chapter is the value significance.After explaining the theoretical concepts related to text close reading at home and abroad,it summarizes the text characteristics of modern and contemporary prose,which is suitable for text close reading,mainly because modern and contemporary prose has sincere emotion,beautiful language and long artistic conception.Then it discusses the significance of text close reading applied to modern and contemporary prose teaching in junior middle school,which is first conducive to improving students’ aesthetic ability,and then conducive to awakening students’ life experience and emotional experience.The third chapter is the analysis of the current situation.It makes a questionnaire survey on the current situation of prose teaching in junior middle school,and summarizes the existing problems,mainly students’ learning problems and teachers’ teaching problems.The main problems that students have in their study are: they do not pay enough attention to modern and contemporary prose,do not have strong interest in learning modern and contemporary prose,and the method of text close reading is single;The main problems of teachers in teaching are: single teaching method,modularization of teaching process and excessive use of multimedia.It also analyzes the causes of the existing problems,including the following three points: first,the utilitarian nature of exam oriented education;Second,teachers lack the theoretical knowledge of text close reading;Third,teachers’ ability to read the text carefully is insufficient.Finally,it is conducive to promote the efficiency of modern and contemporary prose teaching.The fourth chapter is the strategy analysis.According to the three different types of modern and contemporary prose in the unified edition of junior middle school Chinese teaching materials,they are scenery and lyric,people and events and discussion philosophy.Select the corresponding articles,and put forward the specific application strategies of text close reading in the teaching of modern and contemporary prose in junior middle school according to the classroom teaching examples.Based on the selected articles of modern and contemporary prose in the unified edition of junior middle school Chinese textbooks and supported by the method of close reading,this paper investigates and studies the current situation of modern and contemporary prose teaching in junior middle school.According to the actual situation of teaching,applying text close reading to modern and contemporary prose teaching in junior middle school and putting forward practical strategies can not only provide effective teaching methods for teachers,but also improve students’ learning efficiency and promote the long-term development of prose teaching. |
