| Life comes first and health comes first.The Party and the state attach great importance to the healthy growth of young people,and have promulgated a series of policy documents to help young people improve their physique and health.Junior high school stage is the key period of ’ big-middle-small ’ integrated cultivation.In order to better implement the education concept of ’ health first ’ and promote the development of junior high school students ’ physical health level and the formation of lifelong sports habits,it is necessary for families,schools and social sports organizations to share responsibilities and jointly cultivate junior high school students ’ sports health behaviors,so as to gradually enrich and improve the comprehensive and systematic project of ’ family-school-society ’ collaborative cultivation and related theories and practices.In this study,junior high school students in some cities of Henan Province are taken as the main survey objects.By using the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,interview,mathematical statistics and other research methods,and guided by the synergy theory,the ’ family-school-society ’ collaborative training of junior high school students’ sports health behavior in Henan Province is studied.According to the research idea of ’ theory introduction-quantitative analysis-model construction-practice strategy ’,this paper investigates the current situation and characteristics of junior high school students ’ sports health behavior in Henan Province,explores the effects of family,school and social sports organizations on physical health behavior of junior high school students,constructs the ’ family-school-society ’ collaborative training mode,and puts forward the ’ 1-3-3 ’ practice strategy of collaborative training mode.The results and conclusions are as follows:(1)The measurement results of physical health behavior of junior middle school students in Henan Province are: behavior cognition(4.251 ± 0.661)> behavior attitude(3.847 ± 0.801)> behavior habit(3.35± 0.976);sports performance measurement results: frequency(3.573)> time(3.043)> intensity(3.015);there is a significant positive correlation between the two.According to the results of the study and combined with the actual analysis found that: First of all,the sports health behavior of junior high school students in Henan Province mainly exists the problem of ’ knowledge and behavior are not unified ’ and ’ knowledge and behavior are difficult ’.Therefore,it is necessary to improve ’ behavior cognition ’ and ’ behavior attitude ’,and pay attention to the cultivation of ’ behavior habits ’;secondly,we should try to start from the performance of sports,improve the time and intensity of sports on the basis of ensuring a high frequency of sports,and realize the transformation from quantity to quality.(2)The physical health behavior of junior high school students in Henan Province has significant differences in different genders,and the overall performance is that boys are higher than girls;there are differences between different grades,the overall performance of grade3 is lower than grade1 and grade2;there are also significant differences in the comparison of sports training.The overall performance is that the measurement results of physical health behavior of junior high school students who have participated in sports training are better.Therefore,we should pay attention to the individual differences in the process of cultivating junior high school students ’ sports health behavior and explore reasonable training mechanism.(3)There is a significant positive correlation between the three training subjects of family,school and social sports organization and the sports health behavior of junior middle school students in Henan Province,and there is also a significant positive correlation between the training subjects of ’ family-school-society ’,which meets the basic requirements of ’ synergy ’ and is a prerequisite for the construction of ’ family-schoolsociety ’ collaborative training mode.(4)The three training subjects of family,school and social sports organizations can significantly and positively affect the physical health behavior of junior middle school students,which is the key link in the construction of ’ family-school-society ’ collaborative training mode.In the degree of influence: school(β =0.323)> family(β = 0.226)> social sports organization(β = 0.195).(5)In view of the current situation and problems of physical health behavior of junior high school students in Henan Province,taking families,schools and social sports organizations as the main training subjects,under the guidance of collaborative theory,combined with the results of quantitative analysis,the ’home-school-society ’ collaborative training model is constructed.The ’ goal,mechanism and linkage ’ are identified as the three paths of collaborative mode practice,and the ’ 1-3-3 ’ practice strategy of ’ familyschool-society ’ collaborative training mode is proposed.(6)’One Objective’: To popularize health education,form a comprehensive health education pattern with school implementation,family support and participation of social sports organizations,guide junior high school students to establish health concepts,and reasonably increase the intensity,time and frequency of physical exercise.’Three-level mechanism’: forming an orderly implementation mechanism,establishing a stable guarantee mechanism,and exploring multiple evaluation mechanisms.’Three-party linkage’: school and family to achieve ’ main-basic ’ linkage-sports homework as a link,family and social sports organizations to achieve ’ basic-auxiliary ’ linkage-’ national fitness ’ into the family-oriented,school and social sports organizations to achieve ’ main-auxiliary ’ linkage-after-school sports services as a platform. |
