The Influence Of Group Ideological Counseling On Life Values Of College Students

General Secretary Xi Jinping has stressed that the fundamental task of ideological and political education is to cultivate people through virtue,and to firmly grasp the "master switch" of world outlook,outlook on life and values.The cultivation of life values is the proper meaning of the shaping of values,improving the level of college students’ life values and guiding them to establish a positive attitude towards life are conducive to the growth of college students and the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics.However,many research results show that in market economy the proliferation of utilitarianism,value diversity,network virtualization of social background,academic and employment pressure,college students psychological bear ability is weak,and other factors,some level of college students’ life values are relatively low,harm self and other life events have occurred,has brought bad influence to the society,therefore,It is necessary to continuously strengthen the research and cultivation of college students’ life values.Guide students to realize the unity of personal value and social value by adopting positive means.On the basis of combing the literature at home and abroad,this paper studies college students’ life values and group thought counseling,and expounds the related theories of life values and group thought counseling in the theoretical research level.In the empirical research,questionnaire survey and implicit association test are used to investigate college students’ life values.The questionnaire data show that there are significant differences in the explicit life values of college students in gender,grade,only child or not,parent-child relationship,parental relationship,family rearing style and family economic situation.The experimental data show that college students’ implicit life values have significant differences in gender and parent-child relationship.On the whole,most college students’ life value level is relatively positive,while some college students’ life value level is relatively low,and there is still room for further improvement.Life values according to the results of questionnaire survey,choose the relatively low level of 24 college students,will be randomly divided into experimental group and control group,around the conditions of the life values,target and means,evaluation of four dimensions,in the experimental group for around eight unit structured group ideological counseling,the control group don’t implement any intervention.After the group ideological counseling,the effect of group ideological counseling was evaluated and analyzed by questionnaire,experiment and interview.The results show that group ideological counseling can promote the improvement of life values of college students and provide a new way for the cultivation of life values.Finally,the article puts forward the enlightenment of group ideological counseling on the cultivation of life values:to stick to the guidance of Marxist life values and relevant theories of group ideological counseling,and pay attention to the design of group ideological counseling scheme,the construction of group ideological counseling environment,the establishment of group ideological counseling team,the arrangement of group ideological counseling content and the evaluation of group ideological counseling effect.
