Education plays the key role in the national plan and excellent teachers in education.Compulsory education in rural areas is an important part of China's modern education.Its development has a decisive impact on the quality of the people,and plays an irreplaceable role in improving the cultural quality of farmers and the quality of rural labor force.In rural compulsory education,rural primary school teachers are the basis for determining the quality of teaching.Normal flow of teachers is conducive to maintaining the vitality of the teaching staff.However,the one-way flow of teachers in rural schools,accompanying with rural primary school teachers flowing to urban schools,administrative organs,enterprises and institutions and other departments has been existed for a long time,that is also called the loss of village primary school teachers.Starting from the background,significance and current research on the loss of rural primary school teachers,this paper summarizes the current situation and characteristics of teachers' drain in Taixing City.It concludes that the loss of rural primary school teachers has a negative impact on rural education,leading to instability of rural primary school teachers and disturbing the teaching of rural primary schools.Normal teaching order has been destroyed by the dis-balance of teaching structure in rural primary schools.Therefore,the balanced development of rural compulsory education has been severely hindered.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the loss of primary school teachers in rural areas,taking some rural primary schools in Taixing City as an example,this paper summarizes the reasons for the loss of primary school teachers in rural areas in Taixing City.The superficial reasons can be classified as the large gap between urban and rural development,unstable social status and professional identity decline.In addition,the backward working conditions and poor living conditions in rural primary schools have affected teachers' working mood and enthusiasm,which has led young teachers and newly recruited non-native teachers to leave their jobs and enter the city,thus providing better employment opportunities for their children.The deeper reason is that the system and mode of teacher management need to be updated.In order to solve these contradictions step by step,the corresponding and implementable countermeasures and suggestions must be proposed.First,speed up the process of posts appointment and implementing the policy of County Management and School Recruitment;second,strengthen the construction of teachers' ranks and establish the responsibility of teaching and educating;third,raise the benefits of rural primary school teachers;fourth,make the evaluation of professional titles and the selection of backbone teachers lean towards rural teachers;finally,teachers' training and learning should be strengthened to promote their professional development.
