The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasized the fundamental task of implementing morality and cultivating people.Campus culture is an important resource for schools to cultivate morality.Campus culture plays an important role in cultivating students’ ideological and moral character,stimulating students’ willingness to study,exercising students’ physical quality,forming students’ good psychological quality,expanding students’ horizons,and improving students’ life.Skills,improve students’ ability to assess beauty and other educational functions.Campus culture can promote the all-round development of students’ body and mind,stimulate teachers’ fighting spirit,and improve the school’s taste.Campus wall culture is an important part of campus culture,as well as the window and eyes of campus culture,representing the school’s spiritual atmosphere and educating ideas,etc.It is indispensable in the construction of campus culture.The education function of campus wall culture has the functions of moral education,intellectual education,physical education,aesthetic education,labor education and mental health education.It can enable teachers and students to better accept the influence of culture,and can also motivate teachers and students to behave,shape personality charm,and lead teachers and students to have correct values,world outlook,and outlook on life.The author takes the campus wall culture of H Middle School in Chaoyang District,Shantou City as the research object,to understand the education situation and existing problems of the school’s campus wall culture,and then explore the reasons for the problems of the school’s campus wall culture’s education function and its impact on the campus.The factors that play a role in the education function of wall culture,and corresponding educational strategies are put forward to promote the construction of campus wall culture and give full play to the education function of campus wall culture.This research is divided into five parts.At first,the introduction explains the background and significance of the topic,defines the related concepts and theoretical basis of culture,campus wall culture and education function,and establishes the research method,scope and structure of the thesis.Combing the domestic and foreign theoretical works and research on the educational function of campus wall culture.The research method,research process and innovation are expounded.The first chapter chapter investigates and analyzes the current situation of the education function of the campus wall culture in H middle school.The second chapter is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction to the wall culture of H Middle School and H Middle School and its six characteristics.The first is to highlight the core socialist values.The fourth is painting statues that show the truth,the good and the beautiful,the fifth is to set an example of a person who leads by example,and the sixth is to keep in mind the one training and four styles that guide the direction.The second part is the compilation of the questionnaire on the educational function of the campus wall culture.The third part is the reliability and validity of the questionnaire on the education function of the campus wall culture,which includes the reliability analysis of the questionnaire,the validity analysis of the questionnaire and the data processing software.The fourth part is the statistical analysis of the survey data of H middle school campus wall culture education function,which includes the basic information of the teachers and students surveyed and the results and analysis of the survey.The second chapter analyzes the problems and causes of the wall culture on the campus of H middle school.The problems of the wall culture on the campus of H middle school are: first,the lack of posters for labor education;second,the content of mental health education is too small;third,the expression of the posters is single;Based on this analysis,the reasons for the insufficient play of the cultural education function of the H middle school campus wall culture are as follows: the tendency to educate people is unbalanced,emphasizing morality,intelligence and physical beauty;the content elements are not rich,and the form is less important than life;the form of expression is inflexible,and the beauty is less important than the aesthetics.Connotation;the effect of educating people is not comprehensive,and the material is more important than the spirit.The third chapter analyzes the factors affecting the educational function of campus wall culture from the aspects of schools,teachers and students.School factors:the existing resources and funds of the school are insufficient,there is a big gap between the school running concept and reality,the implementation of quality education is difficult,and the local characteristics are not reflected enough.Teacher factors: teachers have less right to speak,teachers are under great pressure,teachers’ own quality constraints,and teachers’ lack of communication art.Student factors:underachievers’ participation is not high,students’ life experience is insufficient,students’ recognition of wall culture is low,and students lack understanding of the connotation of wall culture.The fourth chapter proposes educational strategies to optimize the educational function of campus wall culture.The author believes that the campus wall culture is the eyes and windows of the campus,which is conducive to the development of the campus.The author puts forward educational strategies such as creating a campus wall culture with the orientation of educating people,giving play to the leading role of teachers in the construction of campus wall culture,and giving full play to the main role of students in the construction of campus wall culture.Strategies to create campus wall culture with education as the orientation include sharing network resources and innovating the form of campus wall culture;infiltrating core value concepts,and campus wall culture showing the spirit of the times;closely following core literacy,highlighting the education of campus wall culture Function;reflect local characteristics,enrich the connotation of campus wall culture,etc.Strategies to play the leading role of teachers in the construction of campus wall culture include teachers enhancing their understanding of campus wall culture;actively guiding students to participate in campus wall culture construction.Strategies to give full play to the main role of students in the construction of campus wall culture include stimulating the main needs of students to participate in the construction of campus wall culture;improving students’ ability to innovate campus wall culture;creating conditions for students to participate in campus wall culture construction.
