| Countries issued the central file no.1,2022,used to guide the planning and work of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers",it was another shows the country to the rural development seriously,also explains the rural problems in the important position of national comprehensive development strategy,and relates to the problem of rural education,rural development has always been a topic of the society.President Xi Jinping once said that "education is a major project of the country and the Party".In the report of the 19 th CPC National Congress and the fifth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee,General Secretary Xi mentioned "the need to attach importance to rural education and strive to narrow the gap between urban and rural education" and "the development task of building China into an educational power" respectively.The importance of this study is seen from the macro level: under the influence of the "rural revitalization" background,the "people-oriented" education and teaching reform trend,and the "polarization" of rural high school education,the transformation of poor students in rural areas has become one of the basic work related to the long-term development and strategic construction of the country.From the micro level,the importance of this study is as follows: Senior high school is an important period for students’ growth in life.The achievements of senior high school students are derived from their accumulation in primary school and junior high school,and are related to whether they can be admitted to the university they want to study in,and eventually become the pillars of the country.Although the number of rural primary and secondary schools dropping out of school due to learning difficulties or weariness is gradually decreasing,the phenomenon of "poor academic performance" still exists among students with learning difficulties,and the problem is more difficult to drag to the high school stage.At first,this study summarized the domestic and foreign literature on students with learning difficulties,and reviewed the literature from the concept definition,type characteristics,causes and transformation strategies of students with learning difficulties.After full interpretation of theoretical knowledge,the author then selected a rural high school where he taught to conduct an empirical survey,conducted a questionnaire survey of students with learning difficulties in different grades and conducted statistical analysis of the obtained data.In this study,the latest version of SPSS data processing software was used to conduct statistical methods such as Cronbach’s coefficient(reliability),Bartlett’s sphericity test(validity),independent T test,descriptive statistical analysis and other statistical methods on the questionnaire for students with learning difficulties,and theoretical summary was made based on real data.In the early literature reading and data analysis,the author found that students with learning difficulties mainly manifested in four types: dynamic students with learning difficulties,energy students with learning difficulties,temporary students with learning difficulties and comprehensive students with learning difficulties.On the premise of following the four transformation principles of students with learning difficulties: "influence with love","long-term development","experience success" and "teach students in accordance with their aptitude",combining the characteristics of the four types of students with learning difficulties,using the method of educational action research,teaching students in accordance with their aptitude and taking measures in accordance with local conditions,adopting the corresponding transformation strategies and tracking the transformation effects.Finally,through the comprehensive survey data and the results of action research from two aspects,the author draw the conclusion of this study: the cause of the poor student in rural high school from students,teachers,family level and school level four aspects,the transformation should be from the following four strategies precision power:students play a role of main body function of tamper base,enhance the independent learning ability;Teachers play a guiding role in promoting professional development;The family plays the relay role of auxiliary function and increases the influence of family education;The school plays the standard role of evaluating function and corrects training target positioning. |
