In recent years,the increase and complication of the problem behaviors of ordinary high school students in rural areas has brought adverse effects on class management and adversely affects the physical and mental development of young people.At the same time,the repeated and difficult transformation of students’ problem behaviors also seriously dampen the enthusiasm of teachers.In the class management,this paper analyzes the causes of high school students’ problem behavior,and seeks the countermeasures for the transformation of students’ problem behavior education.The author’s idea of educational transformation is to start from the internal factors of students.By mobilizing the autonomy of students to participate in class management,students are encouraged to take the initiative to change their own problem behavior intentions and actions.Using literature research method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,and adopting Kemmis’ s spiral developmental action research in class management,personally participate in the development process of the class collective,continuously evaluate and reflect on educational activities,and continuously adjust and revisit the transformation plan.Practice and grasp the educational opportunity to combine collective education with individual education for students’ problem behaviors.On the basis of the existing literature analysis,this paper expounds the reason for choosing the topic,the research significance and the definition of the concept;through the investigation of the problem behavior of H middle school students,it analyzes the common problem behaviors of ordinary high school students in rural areas;Characteristics,the common problem behaviors of students in class management are divided into behaviors of weariness,violations of school rules and disciplines,illegal behaviors,behaviors caused by psychological problems,etc.;students’ problem behaviors are attributed to family factors,school factors,social factors,and students’ own factors.The negative effects of students’ problem behaviors include blocking the learning process and physical and mental development of students,unfavorable development of the student group,hindering the daily management of the head teacher,and hindering the normal development of teaching activities.On the basis of the existing literature and the investigation and analysis of H middle school,the author adopts the model of "discovering problems-making plans-implementing actions-reflecting and improving" in class management to conduct educational action research,and increase students’ participation in the class by adding class positions.The subject consciousness of management,the flexible use of diversified punishment systems to restrain students’ problem behaviors,the grasp of educational opportunities and the rediscovery of the value of educational opportunities can achieve the goal of educational transformation of students’ problem behaviors.The educational transformation of students’ problem behavior requires the joint participation of multiple subjects.Based on the experience and deficiencies of educational action research in class management,the author proposes a strategy for the transformation of rural high school students’ problem behavior education for collaborative education between schools,families and society.
