| Compulsory education is a basic project to improve people’s quality and cultivate outstanding talents.It is a basic public service provided by the government for school-age children that needs to be guaranteed and prioritized,and it is also a basic cause for poverty alleviation.The purpose of the balanced development of compulsory education is to allow every student to enjoy the right to education and receive equal opportunities for education,which is also the purpose of this study.However,due to the large population base in my country and the different economic development levels between urban and rural areas and between regions,there is a certain gap in the quality of compulsory education,and there are still unbalanced problems in the investment in compulsory education and the allocation of educational resources.The education development of H county is representative among the districts and counties in Henan Province.This paper takes the issue of the balanced development of compulsory education in H county as the object to conduct in-depth research.This paper takes H County in Henan Province as the research object,analyzes its development,the main problems and causes,combined with relevant theories,uses the comparative research method and empirical research method to explain,and proposes to further promote the balanced development of compulsory education in H County.’s suggestion.This research consists of five chapters,the first chapter is the introduction,which expounds the background of the balanced development of compulsory education,illustrates the theoretical and practical significance of studying the balanced development of compulsory education,and analyzes the research status of the balanced development of compulsory education at home and abroad.The presentation clarifies the research ideas and methods of this paper.The second chapter defines the concepts of compulsory education and other related concepts,and puts forward the theoretical basis of education equity.The third chapter describes the current situation of the balanced development of compulsory education in H county and the active measures taken in the balanced development of compulsory education in H county.The fourth chapter takes the balanced development of compulsory education in H county as the empirical research object,combined with the relevant data provided by the H county education and sports bureau and the interview materials,finds the problems existing in the balanced development of compulsory education in H county,and digs deep behind the problems.reason.The fifth chapter puts forward suggestions for promoting the balanced development of compulsory education in H county from the aspects of strengthening the main responsibility of the government and scientifically allocating educational resources,based on the current situation of the balanced development of compulsory education in H county.have a promoting effect. |
