| During the 13 th Five-Year Plan period,China achieved comprehensive victory in the battle against poverty.The arduous task of eliminating absolute poverty has been accomplished by the current standards.Among them,universities participate in the targeted poverty alleviation work in rural areas with unique advantages,which plays an important supporting role in winning the battle against poverty and realizing comprehensive poverty alleviation in China.This study A university participated in six litsun poverty alleviation work in wuhan as the research example,through field investigation,using questionnaire and depth interview,from accredited residency task force,improve infrastructure,to carry out the consumer will poverty alleviation,grouping pairing aspects and so on to build industry for poverty alleviation,summarizes the practice of wuhan university to participate in A six litsun poverty alleviation path,Presents the effectiveness of A University in Wuhan village assistance work,and analyzes the problems existing in consolidating the poverty alleviation work of A university in Wuhan Liulicun from four aspects: the relative lack of regional human resources,the lack of mobilization of the main body of participation,the attraction of all forces still to be strengthened,and the transformation of scientific research advantages.On the basis of learning from the experience of domestic universities in participating in rural poverty alleviation,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for A University in Wuhan to join the rural revitalization with poverty alleviation in Liuli Village.Firstly,we should innovate the mechanism of rural talent development,from enhancing the flow of rural talent resources and optimizing the stock of rural human resources,put forward that as the gathering place of talents and wisdom of the whole society,colleges and universities should give full play to their advantages.Second,to enhance the endogenous power of the masses,colleges and universities should focus on meeting the higher level needs of the poor villagers for a better life,and cultivate the villagers’ self-esteem,self-confidence and positive social mentality.Third,integrate resources to form a helping force;Fourth,give full play to the resource advantages of colleges and universities to effectively realize rural revitalization in poor areas.This paper proposes to realize sustainable poverty alleviation from two aspects of regular return visit evaluation and giving full play to the resource advantages of colleges and universities.It is hoped that the research of this paper can provide basis and experience reference for various work in the current new stage of China,so as to maximize the advantages of universities’ participation in poverty alleviation,make full use of human resources,and successfully realize the effective connection between poverty alleviation in poor areas and rural revitalization. |
