| In recent years,the phenomenon of college teachers’ overwork death and sudden death has occurred frequently,and college teachers have become a high-risk group of overwork death.College teachers need to undertake the work of talent cultivation,scientific research,social service and so on.They face multiple pressure such as performance appraisal,title promotion,scientific research funds,academic achievements,and teaching evaluation.The blurred boundaries between their work and life,coupled with heavy workloads,lead to their overwork.The extension of working hours will also make teachers care less about the family,which will lead to family conflicts and affect family harmony.The overload operation under high pressure and lack of rest all over the year lead to their physical and mental health,occupational well-being,occupational burnout,occupational stress,work-family conflict and many other problems.Their quality of work and quality of life are seriously affected.Their physical and mental health and quality of life have aroused widespread concern in society.At present,the reform and development of higher education in China has entered a new historical period,and the state attaches great importance to the improvement of the quality of life of college teachers.For college teachers,reasonable arrangement of work,family and rest time is beneficial to balance work and life,improve work efficiency and the quality of life.As an important supplement to work,leisure life can help college teachers release work pressure,balance work and family,promote physical and mental health.At the same time,it can also provide inspiration for college teachers,indirectly promote professional development,and help college teachers achieve self-growth.Therefore,it is necessary to guide college teachers to combine work with rest and improve the quality of leisure life.Taking C University in Chongqing as an example,this paper studies the current situation and governance countermeasures of the quality of leisure life of college teachers.Firstly,this paper reviews the domestic and foreign research on leisure life,defines the college teachers,quality of leisure life,governance and other related concepts,and introduces the theory of leisure education,Maslow’s hierarchy of needs,social governance theory and other related theories,which lays the foundation for the research of this paper.Then this paper investigates the current situation of the quality of leisure life of teachers in C University,and sets up a questionnaire on the quality of leisure life.It investigates from four aspects: leisure time,leisure life cognition,leisure life content and leisure life satisfaction,and selects some teachers to interview.It is found that there are problems such as insufficient leisure time,cognitive and understanding deviations of leisure time,single content of leisure activities,and obvious need to improve the satisfaction of leisure life,and then analyzes the causes of these problems.Finally,it puts forward some governance countermeasures to improve the quality of leisure life of college teachers from the government level,school level and teachers themselves.Through the research of this paper,it is expected to provide some reference for college teachers to improve the quality of leisure life,promote the realization of the meaning and value of life,and improve the overall quality of college teachers. |
