The implementation of the two-child policy is conducive to promoting the balanced development of China's population,stabilizing social harmony,and achieving sustainable development of population,resources and the environment.However,the implementation of the two-child policy also has a certain impact on the micro-group.Among them,primary school teachers are one of the most noteworthy groups.Primary school teachers have a system of compiling,which has the characteristics of gender ratio imbalance and high burnout.Then,will the implementation of the two-child policy trigger changes in teachers' willingness to bear children? How does the teacher's fertility will change? What kind of problems will this change bring to school teacher management? The answers to these questions are of great significance for expanding teacher management theory and improving teacher management measures.This paper adopts the questionnaire survey method and the case interview method to study teacher management issues.Taking A primary school as an example,through the investigation and analysis of the fertility willingness of A primary school teachers and the interviews of A primary school administrators,it is found that after the implementation of the two-child policy,the teachers of A school(especially female teachers)willingness to have two children is higher.There are a large number of older teachers and female teachers in the A school.The strong willingness of the two children may bring great challenges to the management of the A school teachers.Further analysis found that after the implementation of the two-child policy,the teacher management of A school showed the problem of insufficient number of on-the-job teachers,obstruction of the implementation of teaching plans,and limited development of teachers.The main reasons for these problems include the single compilation system of primary school teachers,the serious gender imbalance of primary school teachers,the imperfect primary school teacher management system,the backward management concept of primary schools,the low mobility of primary school teachers in the area.This paper believes that teachers' management measures can be improved from the reform of teacher establishment system,strengthening the top management design of teachers,improving the management concept of primary school teachers,improving the teacher resource allocation system and increasing the career development plan of female teachers.
