Optimization Of Teacher Training System Of J Vocational Education Group Based On Competency Model

With the improvement of Chinses education system,vocational education has become an important part of education system.Over the years,many private vocational education institutions have developed strongly and gradually to standardization and branding.At present,the teaching level of teachers has become a decisive factor restricting the development of educational institutions.With the rapid development of social economy and science and technology,people pay more and more attention to knowledge innovation and technological progress in promoting economic and social development.Teachers,as the backbone of scientific and technological innovation,their own quality is also particularly important.How to carry on the effective teacher training,enhances the teacher teaching service level,regarding the education institutions is extremely vital.This article takes J Vocational Education Group as the research object.J Vocation Education Group founded in 2002 as the Unicorn Civil Servant Training Center.It has jointly run by some Doctors from top universities.In 2009,it was officially renamed as J Vocation Education Group and provided recruitment,examination and vocational qualification training services.Although the Group has provided some training for teachers,some still have difficulties in meeting the expected needs of students.So,to solve it should build an effective teacher training system.Based on summarized the relevant theories of competency model and read a lot of related references,this article analyzed the current teacher training of J Vocational Education Group and issued questionnaires to teachers to find out the problems of current teacher training system,and analyzed the reasons.Then,by analyzed the teacher’s job responsibilities,literature contents and interviewed some teachers,the key competency characteristics are extracted.The teacher’s competency model is constructed according to the concept of the Iceberg Model.After analyzed the current training needs and actual situation,its teacher training system was optimized based on the competency model,and the implementation points of the teacher training system and related safeguards were clarified.It is hoped that the research results can improve the efficiency of teacher training in J Vocational Education Group,and successfully improve the comprehensive competence of teachers,thereby improve faculty strength.At the same time,it is also hoped that the teacher training system constructed based on the competency model in this paper can provide a reference for the teacher training of similar vocational education institutions.
