Secondary vocational education has been paid more and more attention by the society.Students in secondary vocational schools,compared with the general secondary school students,is a group with its unique characteristics,as this group of class managers,need to have the corresponding ability and quality.The goal of this study is through the study of secondary vocational teacher quality,eventually building secondary vocational school class teacher competence structure model,to enhance the vocational guidance teacher quality,teacher selection,appointment and working to improve the curriculum.Literature analysis,questionnaire,interview and other methods are used to study the competence of head teachers in secondary vocational schools and the problems that have been studied systematically.1.To develop the secondary vocational school class teacher competency evaluation tools,the class teachers in secondary vocational schools in competent force evaluation questionnaire ",competency this assessment tool in the post class teachers in secondary vocational schools in use of the actual level.2.Establishment of the secondary vocational school head teacher competency model.Using a series of empirical research and analysis of literature,interview,questionnaire survey,we have constructed the "secondary vocational school head teacher competency model".The competence of head teachers in secondary vocational schools mainly includes: knowledge and skills,responsibility consciousness,language expression,teaching strategies,health psychology and so on.According to the research results and the research on teacher competency under the definition,we will class teachers in secondary vocational schools in competent force characteristics is divided into six categories: professional quality,professional preference,focus on the positive,relationship skills,self adjustment and professional promotion.3.survey of vocational school teachers in the level of competence and characteristics.Using established the class teachers in secondary vocational schools in competent force model ",the evaluation of the competence of secondary school head teacher situation,found in different age class,in the dimension of" professional preference "," self adaptation "and in the overall level,have shown significant differences.The results also show that,with the increase of the number of years of service,the level of competence will be improved.However,the results also show that the secondary vocational school teachers do not have a level of education,professional title and school level to improve and improve.We hope that the conclusion of the study can provide the basis of empirical research of secondary vocational school class teacher professional knowledge level promotion,career development,teacher recruitment and selection,training and performance evaluation etc.It has important application value.
