College students are affected by the pressure of study,economy and employment,and their physical and mental health is not optimistic.The psychological problems caused by interpersonal relationship account for a large part of the mental health problems.Among them,the Report on the Development of Chinese National Mental Health(2019-2020)shows that college students’ mental health awareness is low,and 39 percent of them need to be further improved.According to the 2020 Health Survey Report on Chinese College Students jointly released by China Youth Daily and Dingxiang Doctor,among all kinds of psychological pressures,study pressure is the most troubling for college students,followed by interpersonal relationship pressure.At the same time,in the information age,communication methods are increasingly rich,and new interpersonal communication modes aggravate the emergence of social contradictions.Physical exercise is an important activity to ensure the physical and mental health of college students and to coordinate interpersonal relationship.It is also an important guarantee for college students to maintain a good interpersonal relationship.Study through the literature material method,mathematical statistics method,questionnaire survey method,4152 junior college students in Harbin University as investigation object,research probes into the physical exercise behavior and the status,characteristics and relationship of interpersonal relationship.The results show that: In terms of physical exercise intensity,junior college students in Harbin focus on participating in light intensity sports.In terms of physical exercise time,most junior college students spend more than 60 minutes.In terms of physical exercise frequency,nearly 50% of college students exercise 1-2 times a week.The intensity,time,frequency and amount of physical exercise of boys are better than girls.The time,frequency and amount of physical exercise in the first year were better than those in the second year,and there was no significant difference in physical exercise intensity.The intensity,time and amount of physical exercise of students in cities are better than those in towns and villages,and there is no significant difference in physical exercise frequency.In terms of physical exercise intensity,the intensity is the highest when the number of we-chat friends is more than 600,and the intensity is the lowest when the number of we-chat friends is less than 200.In terms of physical exercise time,college students with the number of we-chat friends between 400 and800 spend more time on physical exercise than those with the number of we-chat friends below 400 and more than 800.Students with less than 200 friends on we-chat are considered to have a moderate amount of physical exercise,while those with more than 200 friends are considered to have a large amount of physical exercise.There was no significant difference in the frequency of physical exercise.In terms of interpersonal relationship,the overall situation of girls is better than boys in dealing with people and getting along with opposite sex friends.There is no significant difference in conversation and communication.In the aspect of interpersonal communication,freshmen are more troubled than sophomores,and there is no significant difference in the two dimensions of conversation and getting along with friends of the opposite sex.When it comes to interpersonal relationships,there is no difference among college students from different origins.In terms of getting along with opposite sex friends,freshmen and sophomores who have less than 200 chateau friends are more troubled than freshmen and sophomores who have more than 400 we-chat friends.Choosing medium-intensity or appropriate high-intensity sports is conducive to communication and communication among undergraduates.From the perspective of the length of physical exercise,undergraduates participating in physical exercise for 30 minutes or more can help improve the communication troubles of undergraduates.In terms of the frequency of physical exercise,it is best to control the frequency of physical exercise at 3-5 times a week is a good way to improve relationships.
