| In the course of classroom teaching,knowledge transfer and emotional communication are mainly carried out through various interactive behaviors between classroom subjects,among which verbal interaction is an important part of the interactive behavior of teaching.The quality of verbal interaction not only reflects the teacher’s teaching philosophy and classroom style,but also affects the quality of classroom teaching.Flanders interaction Analysis system is the most influential one among many research achievements of classroom speech interaction.Research in Chinese subject in this paper,using the improved Flanders interaction analysis technology,from the selection of a demonstration high school L school in Shanxi Province to the five new type and mature type teacher normal lesson ten section,analyzed the new Chinese reading teaching teachers and propagate the words of the status quo and content characteristics of interactive behavior,and explore the lessons in two classes of the teacher in the interactive processing and worthy of reflection,In order to provide some reference for senior high school language teachers.In terms of research,aiming at the characteristics of normal Chinese classes in senior high schools,this paper improves on the basis of Flanders analysis system and forms a double-coding interactive form analysis framework.At the same time,according to the knowledge classification system of Anderson and Bloom,the interactive content dimension is established,which constitutes the binary framework of this study.This paper uses this research tool to carry out classroom observation,collect research samples and data,and conduct qualitative analysis on the basis of sorting out research results on classroom speech interaction at home and abroad.By comparing the classroom interaction of novice and mature teachers in terms of classroom structure,emotional tendency and teaching style,the research results of classroom structure,emotional atmosphere and teaching style of novice teachers are obtained.Summarizes mature teachers make free to language literacy catalytic effect,more interactive guide and the depth of the dialogue between learners,novice teachers more importance link of teaching program and the integrity of the conclusions,and accordingly puts forward the language discipline knowledge accumulation,attaches great importance to the mechanism,optimization of teachers’ classroom emotion activity guide control countermeasures and Suggestions. |
