Nowadays,with the continuous innovation of information technology,multimedia technology occupies an increasingly important position in the field of education.Multimedia technology,with its own unique advantages,has played an indispensable role in the primary school Chinese classroom by integrating text,image,video and other forms.Through the use of video media to teach texts in class,students can feel the knowledge personally and present the boring teaching content in the textbook with vivid and intuitive examples to students.This can not only attract students’ interest in class,but also bring them to specific teaching situations,so that students can truly experience the emotional experience and edification brought by class.This study took S Primary School in Nanjing as the investigation object,and combined with the experimental investigation during the work,found that there were some problems in the application of video media materials in the Chinese classroom of senior primary schools.Firstly,the author consulted and researched relevant literature as the theoretical support of this research.Secondly,the author investigated and studied the current situation of Chinese classroom in senior primary schools by means of questionnaire survey,interview and observation.Then,based on the collected questionnaire survey data,interview records and practical experience during working in S primary school,the author analyzed the application of video media materials in class.Discover the problems existing in teachers’ use of video media materials in classroom teaching,It mainly includes the slow updating of school teaching resource base and the lack of educational technology training,video media materials can not be widely and properly applied,teaching means are too rigid and disharmonious with teaching content,teaching reflection does not focus on students,and teacher-student interaction and communication are less when playing video media and so on.Consider various factors to analyze the cause of the problem.Finally,according to the causes of the corresponding problems,the corresponding improvement strategies are proposed,which are mainly summarized in three aspects:strengthening the information technology training and resource updating of teachers,strengthening the in-depth study and rational application of video media knowledge,and enhancing the professional quality and teaching ability of teachers,so as to improve the efficient use of video media in the Chinese classroom of senior primary schools.This paper aims to improve the research on the application of video media materials in Chinese classroom teaching in senior primary schools,provide teaching reference,and help teachers jointly improve the ability of using video media materials in Chinese classroom teaching.In order to promote the further improvement of teachers’ teaching efficiency and the development of students’ learning progress.
