| Junior high school teachers are an important force in the country’s basic education system.Teachers with good teaching ethics can be "guides" for students on their path to growth and can be a great help in developing good morals.Strengthening teacher ethics evaluation systems is essential to promote teacher ethics and to develop teacher ethics in schools.In the era of new media,it is possible to take full advantage of new media to optimise the teacher ethics evaluation system.This study adopts the literature review method,integrates the literature related to teachers’ moral evaluation both at home and abroad,uses a self-administered questionnaire on the current situation of teachers’ moral evaluation in junior schools and self-administered interview schedules,and selects seven junior schools in C city to conduct a survey on the implementation of teachers’ moral evaluation,527 valid questionnaires were returned,the results show that the main problems of teachers’ moral evaluation in junior schools are as follows: The results show that the main problems with teacher moral evaluation in junior high schools are: teachers’ lack of awareness of teacher moral evaluation,lack of democracy in the design and implementation of moral evaluation programs,problems with moral evaluation programs,and teachers’ overly formalized moral evaluation.New media can also help to formulate evidence-based teacher moral evaluation plans and to focus attention on the implementation of teacher moral evaluation results in order to increase the credibility of teacher moral evaluation and motivate teachers to become highly moral teachers. |
