| In 2021,the General Administration of Sport of the People’s Republic of China released the "Fourteenth Five-Year Plan" on its official website,proposing that promoting the high-quality development of the "three big balls" will become the focus of the development of the domestic sports industry during the "Fourteenth Five-Year Plan" period,and basketball,as one of the "three big balls",is deeply loved by the people.The development of basketball and the construction of basketball referees are dependent on each other,and basketball referees play an important role in basketball matches;At present,Sichuan Province has a broad mass base of basketball,and the basketball competitions in the province are very active.Under the background of the professionalization of basketball referees in China,higher requirements are put forward for the construction of the referee team in Sichuan Province.This paper takes the basketball referees in Sichuan Province as the research object,uses the methods of literature,field survey,questionnaire,expert interview,mathematical statistics and other methods to investigate and analyze the basic situation,training status and management status of the referees in Sichuan Province,finds many problems,and draws the following conclusions and optimization paths:(1)The number of basketball referees in Sichuan Province is large,and they can better complete the work of various competitions in the province,of which the proportion of female referees is low.We need to continue to expand the number of grassroots referees,broaden the selection channels,especially increase the number of female referees,and optimize the structure of the referee team.(2)The team of basketball referees in Sichuan Province is relatively young as a whole,but the senior referees are generally older,and the young league referees cannot take on important responsibilities in the league;We need to attach importance to the training of young referees at the grass-roots level,strive to hold more high-level competitions in Sichuan Province,provide opportunities for young referees,and promote young referees in Sichuan Province.(3)The referee team in Sichuan Province has a higher overall education background,and most of them are teachers and students.Most of the referees are basketball graduates,and their English level is poor;We need to continue to pay attention to the selection and training of high-quality talents,the training of college student referees,and improve the overall English level of the referee team.(4)The development of the referee team in various regions in Sichuan Province is not balanced.It is necessary to pay attention to the coordinated development of the referee team in various regions,assist the areas with weak basketball development to carry out the basketball game and the training of the referee team,and promote the healthy development of the local referee team.(5)In terms of training,the current team of referees is young.Most of the referees lack the experience of judging on the spot.Most of the young referees believe that the most serious problems of judging are the lack of transparency of rules and judging methods and the inaccurate judgment on the spot;It is necessary to take the training of young referees as the current focus,and establish a model of joint training of referees by provincial and municipal basketball associations and colleges and universities.(6)The training for referees is mostly pre-match training and offline training class mode.Theoretical training accounts for most of the class hours of the training content,and the time of the training class is not fixed.The training content is single and boring,lacking systematic and continuity;It is necessary to increase the training of on-the-spot cutting practice.The time and frequency of training should be carried out regularly.The form of training can be multi-space,multi-dimensional and all-sided.(7)In terms of management,the Sichuan Provincial Jury Commission has some problems,such as unclear division of labor among functional departments,single way of selecting judges,one-sided scope of selecting judges,imperfect reward and punishment system,lack of supervision and restriction on judges,and lack of promotion standards;This requires the referee committee to take the lead role,refine the work of each functional department,boldly use young referees to enforce key competitions in the selection and arrangement of on-site referees,make the promotion assessment open,fair and transparent,improve the reward and punishment system,and finally use the information big data platform to establish the information database of referees in Sichuan Province. |
