| With the high development of social productive forces and the continuous improvement of material and cultural levels,people gradually realize that health is not only the absence of disease,but also the perfect state in physical,psychological and social adaptation.An affirmation of the great contribution of teachers in the Contemporary Society.While people pay attention to teachers’ professional halo,they neglect teachers’ mental health.Teachers’ mental health directly affects the quality of teaching and has an important influence on students’ quality.The healthy physique of physical education teachers is often mistaken for a healthy group,and the occupation of physical education teachers is one of the occupations with the heaviest psychological pressure,it is of great significance to study the psychological health of Physical Education Teachers.Using symptom checklist 90(SCL-90)and self-made questionnaire of mental health of Physical Education Teachers in Jishou city and countryside middle schools,the present study investigated the mental health of Physical Education Teachers in eight city middle schools(Boya High School,No.1 Middle School in Jishou,Jishou minority middle school,Xiaoxiqiao middle school,ielts experimental school,Xiangyang Middle School,No.4 Middle School in railway and No.2 Middle School in Jishou city)and six country middle schools(Shitangpo middle school,Shuangtang middle school,Ma Jingao middle school,Aizhai middle school,Hexi Middle School and Danqing Middle School)in Jishou,a total of 198 pe teachers from 14 Jishou urban and rural middle schools were investigated on their mental health by means of literature review,questionnaire survey,interview,Mathematical Statistics and logical analysis,mental Health of Physical Education Teachers in urban and rural middle schools in Jishou.The results show that the overall level of mental health of Physical Education Teachers in urban and rural middle schools in Jishou is lower than that of the general population in China,and the prevalence of obsessive-compulsive disorder is 29.0%,the main psychological problems of physical education teachers in urban middle schools are obsessive-compulsive disorder and Somatization,the main problems of rural physical education teachers are hostility and depression factors,and the psychological health level of physical education teachers in urban and rural middle schools in Jishou is also different among different groups,26.The mental health level of physical education teachers in 35-year-old urban and rural middle schools was the highest,and that of teachers with college degree was lower than that of teachers in rural middle schools,there were significant differences in obsessive-compulsive disorder,anxiety,phobia and depression,especially in depression factors.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)the overall level of mental health of Physical Education Teachers in urban and rural middle schools in Jishou is lower than that of the general population in China;(2)the overall level of mental health of Physical Education Teachers in urban secondary schools in Jishou was higher than that of Physical Education Teachers in Rural Secondary Schools;(3)the order of influencing factors of physical education teachers’ mental health level in city middle schools of Jishou is:school factor,personal development factor and student factor.The influencing factors of pe teachers in rural middle schools are school factor,student factor and individual development factor.This paper compares and analyzes the psychological health level of middle school physical education teachers in the cities and villages of Jishou,and puts forward the following suggestions:(1)establish a scientific education system,increase educational investment,improve the treatment and status of Physical Education Teachers;(2)improve the evaluation and management system of teachers to create an equal and democratic working environment for Pe Teachers;(3)improve self-awareness,self-cultivation and develop good interpersonal relationship. |
