| Background:Students in the university stage,they start to mature both physically and psychologically.They show perfect expectations for the future and imagine the better future,but this period is also a contradictory period when they expect the conflict between perfection and reality.Now the pace of life is getting faster and faster,and the pressure of students’ study and employment is increasing,which makes having good physical quality and psychological quality is an important guarantee for college students to obtain competitive advantages.This study will analyze the current situation of physical exercise,physical self-esteem level and self-confidence level of college students in Changsha,so that they can have a full understanding of their overall situation And understand,this is an effective means to significantly improve the level of physical self-esteem and self-confidence of college students,for them to lay a solid foundation in the future competition to gain advantages.Research methods:This study uses cluster stratified random sampling to investigate the students of non physical education colleges from two undergraduate colleges in Changsha,Hunan Normal University,Changsha Institute of technology and a junior college Changsha civil affairs vocational and technical college.While comprehensively applying the methods of literature,psychological measurement and logical analysis,the research is also carried out with the help of questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics.Using the statistical methods of analysis of variance,t-test,chi square test,regression analysis and correlation analysis,the college students in Changsha are taken as the sample object to comprehensively investigate the existing relationship between their physical exercise and physical self-esteem and self-confidence.Research results:(1)college students in Changsha generally have high enthusiasm for physical exercise and strong awareness of correlation.(2)In terms of the selection of sports items,running has become the sport with the largest number of people selected for college students in Changsha,accounting for 35.90%of the total number of students.(3)In the choice of exercise motivation,the largest number of people choose to resist disease and improve health,accounting for 35.90%of the total number.(4)In terms of the way to participate in physical exercise,college students in Changsha are more inclined to group exercise,and the largest number of people choose to exercise with their friends,accounting for 49.23%of the total number.(5)In terms of restrictive factors,learn Their own laziness is the main constraint for their physical exercise,accounting for 32.14%of the total number.(6)In terms of the frequency of physical exercise,most students focus on exercising 1-2 times a week,accounting for 43.93%of the total number.In terms of physical exercise time,most of the students focused on 21-30 minutes of each exercise,accounting for 33.85%of the total number.In terms of physical exercise intensity,the largest number of people chose light intensity exercise,accounting for 37.61%of the total number.(7)The physical self-esteem of college students in Changsha is above the middle level.From the total score of the dimension of physical self-esteem,except for the frequency and intensity of physical exercise In addition,there is a significant difference with the physical self-esteem(P<0.05)and physical exercise time,whether to improve the frequency and intensity of physical exercise,or prolong the physical exercise time,can significantly improve the physical self-esteem level,indicating that physical exercise can promote the physical self-esteem level of college students.(8)Changsha college students self-confidence in the middle level,from the perspective of self-confidence dimension,in addiConclusion:Physical self-esteem and self-confidence are higher than girls,physical exercise,self-esteem and self-confidence.Suggestions:(1)Schools organize more collective physical exercise activities so that every student can participate in physical exercise:the research results exercise and stimulate students’ interest in physical exercise.(2)The demand for sports venues and facilities in Colleges and universities is also increasing rapidly.Therefore,there is an urgent need to increase the number of sports venues and facilities in Colleges and universities.In particular,build more venues suitable for women’s sports,because the research shows that the level of physical self-esteem and self-confidence of female college students are lower than that of men.Creating a good physical exercise environment for female college students is an effective way to encourage them to participate in exercise and form exercise habits.While improving their personal physical self-esteem,it can also significantly improve the level of self-confidence of female college students.(3)Physical education teachers should actively guide students to participate in physical exercise and cultivate students’ interest in sports:in the process of teaching,physical education teachers should actively guide students and mobilize students’ enthusiasm.First,let students fall in love with physical education and sports,so as to make students form correct sports values.Physical education teachers should also teach students according to their aptitude.Different methods need to be adopted in different genders and grades to enable students to develop good exercise habits and correct sports motivation.In terms of physical exercise frequency,time and intensity,some students have not formulated a reasonable exercise plan,which requires physical education teachers to explain to students how to reasonably formulate exercise frequency,time and intensity.(4)Parents play a good role model:in today’s society,when college students come home,they generally play electronic products and are unwilling to exercise.This requires parents to play an exemplary role in the family and guide their children to exercise more to create a good sports atmosphere. |
