Research On The Higher Level Supply Path Of Sports Service Complex In Shandong Province

The national fitness public service system plays an important role in the implementation of the national fitness strategy and the realization of the goal of building a sports power.As a new bright spot in the construction of the national fitness public service system,the sports service complex greatly promotes the enthusiasm of the masses to participate in sports and promotes the masses’ sports consumption.In this context,sports service complex in Shandong Province ushered in new development opportunities.A large number of typical cases of sports service complex appeared in various cities in Shandong Province,and the higher level of development orientation gradually became prominent.However,there are still many problems in the process of its supply,which hinder its development at a higher level.In order to make the sports service complex in Shandong Province better serve the national fitness and provide better quality services,it is of great significance to explore a higher level of supply path.Based on the synergy theory and Pareto improvement theory,this study adopts the literature method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process to examine the current situation of the supply of sports service complexes in Shandong Province,and analyze the problems existing in the supply of sports service complexes.With the help of AHP method,this paper constructs the AHP model of influencing factors of higher level supply of sports service complex in Shandong Province,explores the influence degree of each influencing factor on the supply of complex,and then puts forward the higher level supply path of sports service complex in Shandong province.The main findings of this study are as follows:(1)Policy support,economic development and people’s demand are the generation conditions of the supply of sports service complex in Shandong province.The operation of sports service complex in Shandong province includes four modes:independent operation of government institutions,cooperative operation of government and enterprise,entrusted operation and independent operation of enterprise.The functions are reflected in five main functions,including national fitness,leisure and entertainment,consumption promotion,commercial services and industrial aggregation.The main suppliers are government and public institutions,for-profit enterprises,sports social organizations;The sources of supply funds include financial allocation,corporate sponsorship,service revenue and social donation;The supply content includes venue facilities services,fitness guidance services,sports activities services,commercial supporting services,smart information services;The supply mode includes government function supply,market commercial supply,and voluntary supply by social organizations.It reflects that the supply of sports service complex in Shandong Province has the realistic condition of developing to a higher level.(2)The actual difficulties faced by the supply of sports service complex in Shandong Province include the lack of collaborative supply mechanism,which leads to the poor coordination degree of multiple subjects;The heterogeneity of the supply content leads to the lack of prominent status of the main body of sports;The slow system reform leads to the lack of smooth capital source channels;Imperfect operation management leads to a low degree of marketization of the complex.lt can be seen that the higher level supply of sports service complex in Shandong Province needs to be strengthened.(3)The factors influencing the higher level supply of sports service complex in Shandong Province include policies,regulations and government planning;At the level of sports service complex,the influencing factors include service quality,service management and marketing strategy,and this level has the greatest influence on supply.The influence factors of social environment include economic factors,sports humanistic factors and relying resources.(4)The path design of higher level supply of sports service complex in Shandong Province includes optimizing the supply mode of sports service complex in Shandong province,enriching the supply content of sports service complex in Shandong province,strengthening the collaborative supply of sports service complex in Shandong Province,and deepening the supply management of sports service complex in Shandong Province.The implementation of the higher level supply path of sports service complex in Shandong Province should be supported from the aspects of policy guarantee,fund guarantee,facility guarantee and talent guarantee.
