| Background:With the continuous improvement of women’s average expectations and their growth rate,women’s health problems have received widespread attention from all walks of life.As a period of the most disorderly and abnormal stages of hormone secretion in the stage of women’s growth,it has greatly affected women’s quality of elderly life.Therefore,the exercise transitional role of the surrounding period should be grasped,delaying the decline in physical function after menopause,and understanding the physical exercise of different exercise methods for improving the physical function of women’s physical functions during the scaled period.Objective:In this study,under the known conditions that can have a positive impact on the body function of the menoparal period,the exercise method of the combination of anti-resistance training on the body function of women’s body function can be actively impacting The effect is more suitable for physical exercise programs that are more suitable for women.Methods:This study is mainly carried out by the Literature Method,Experimental Law,and Mathematical Statistics.The female faculty and staff of the menopamental period of the Minzu University of China as the experiment is randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.Among them,the experimental group is an aerobic exercise combined with resistance training exercise group.Week,twice a week,60 minutes of experimental intervention.Use SPSS26.0 to perform independent sample T test and pairing sample T test on the obtained data.Results:1.In terms of cardiopulmonary function:The comparison results of the testing data before and after the compression of the experimental group are extremely significant.After the experiment,the experiment is significantly less than before(p<0.01);Differences are better than before(p<0.05).Second,in terms of muscle strength:The test data comparison results of the left-legged flexion of the left leg flexion,the left-right leg flexion power before and after the resulting data are significantly different.The comparison of the comparison results of the bent power and the straightening force of the right leg and knee shows significant differences.After the experiment,the experiment is greater than before(p<0.05).3.In terms of physical composition:The comparison results of the test data before and after the muscle mass of the experimental group are extremely significant.After the experiment,the experiment is significantly greater than before(p<0.01).After the experiment,it was better than before(p<0.05);the comparison results of the test data before and after the body’s body fat rate showed significant differences.After the experiment,the experiment was better than before(p<0.05).4.In terms of bone density:The comparison results of the test data before and after the bone density of the experimental group are very significant.After the experiment,the experiment is significantly better than before(p<0.01);Differences are better than before(p<0.05).Conclusion:The 12-week aerobic exercise combined with anti-resistance training can have a positive effect on improving the cardiopulmonary function,muscle strength,body component and bone density of women during perimenopausal period,while aerobic exercise can improve the cardiopulmonary function and body component of women in the siege period.Relatively speaking,the combination of anti-resistance training for aerobic exercise can have a more efficient effect and influence on women during menopa. |
