Study On The Tourism Talent Education Mode In Ningxia Under The Background Of New Liberal Arts

New liberal art has got wide attentions after the implement of Six Excellence and One Top version 2.0,which proposed comprehensive promotion of New Four construction,which are New Engineering,New Medicine,New Agriculture and New Liberal Art,along with the publish of Declaration on the Construction of New Liberal Arts.Guided by the concept of new liberal art construction,Interdisciplinary has become inexorable trend for the education of tourism talents.To educate composite and practical talent is becoming a new requirement in modern era.As one of the National Establishment Units of the Whole Region Tourism demonstration zone,tourism industry has been developing quickly in recent years and witnesses some great achievements.But with further promotion of new liberal art construction and the development of Six New,Six Special,Six Excellence,current education status is no longer match with the high quality development of tourism industry in Ningxia.High quality composite,practical and innovative tourism talents are desperately needed to support the high quality development of tourism industry in Ningxia.Based on Sukhomlinsky’s theory of comprehensive and harmonious education,Brunos structural courses theory and optimization theory of teaching process,this paper analyzed the policy background of new liberal art construction,defined relevant concepts and did research both in domestic and overseas.Some methods were used to do research and analysis the progress and issues of tourism talents education in Ningxia,these method include literature method,questionnaire,expert interviews,mathematical statistic and comparative analysis.Talent education modes in Hainan and Xian International Studies University were selected and analyzed;the paper explored the practices and experiences of the education modes.With conclusion,four innovative tourism education modes were put forward under the background of new liberal art construction in this paper,the four modes were College+Academy,College+College,College+Industry,College+International Collaboration.Detailed countermeasure were also suggested base on institutional mechanism,talent education,specialty setup,course system,teaching method,teaching staff,Integration of industry and education,student employment.By the innovation of tourism talent education mode and practical path under the new liberal art construction in Ningxia,tourism talent with well-developed knowledge system and practical comprehensive cross-specialty,added with better accomplishment,applicable tourism talent will lead high development of the National Establishment Units of the Whole Region Tourism demonstration zone and cultural tourism industry in Ningxia.
