| In recent years,with the continuous development of society and the continuous improvement of material level,under the negative impact of subculture and mass media,the phenomenon of students’ disregard for life is becoming more and more serious,which also leads to the occurrence of suicide among middle school students.Especially for high school students,on the one hand,high school students are not fully mature,on the other hand,they are easy to be affected by all aspects of family,school and society,which is easy to increase students’ psychological pressure.In addition,high school students’ ability to resist setbacks is weak,so it is urgent to improve the life awareness of middle school students and the practice and exploration of life education.At the same time,the COVID-19 outbreak has realized that life is fragile.The outbreak of major public health events and a series of situations of teenagers’ disregard for life have triggered a series of thoughts on the meaning of life.These phenomena not only bring crisis to human life,but also bring opportunities to life education.Moreover,we need to strengthen the life awareness of teenagers and strengthen their self-protection ability.Taking Zhengzhou H Middle School as an example,this study understood the life awareness and needs of high school students through questionnaire and interview.Based on the life awareness needs of high school students and the characteristics of teenagers at this stage,this paper is guided by Eriksson’s eight-stage theory of personality development,and uses professional methods and skills to carry out corresponding group activities.This activity has conducted seven group activities to help teenagers understand the meaning of life,understand life,be able to face life with a positive attitude and improve the awareness and skills of life safety.We draw the following conclusions: establishing the self-identity of team members can understand the meaning of life,clearly understand self-value,and better promote the achievement of service effect;assisting them to discover and integrate some effective resources in the activity,so as to increase the experience of participating in the activity;promoting the parent-child relationship between students and parents can enhance the sense of life meaning of high school students.In this study,the life consciousness of high school students was involved through group work,and their life consciousness was improved to some extent with the help of social workers.However,some problems and reflections in the service process still need to be continuously improved,including the social workers did not pay good attention to the physical and psychological characteristics of the team members;also did not make good use of some book resources of the school,the social support network system of this study also needs to be strengthened,and the overall service effect needs to be strengthened. |
