with the deepening of educational reform,the use of Chinese teaching materials has also changed accordingly.The unified edition of junior middle school Chinese teaching materials has made some appropriate changes on the basis of various teaching materials,especially in the illustration of teaching materials,which is more in line with the characteristics of Chinese teaching and pays more attention to the conditions for the maturity of students’ abstract thinking.Textbook illustrations are an important part of the unified edition of junior middle school Chinese textbooks.The application of textbook illustrations is still in a process of continuous exploration.Based on this,the use of illustration resources in the unified edition of junior middle school textbooks is very necessary.This paper is mainly divided into the following four parts.The introduction explains the reason and significance of the research,uses the literature survey method to understand the research status of textbook illustrations at home and abroad,finds the entry point of the research,defines the concept of unified edition of junior middle school Chinese textbooks and illustration resources,defines the research scope,defines the research ideas and selects appropriate research methods.The second part is the overview and theoretical basis of the illustration resources of the unified edition of textbooks.This paper mainly studies the illustration resources of the textbooks by using the methods of literature investigation and text analysis.Firstly,define the concept of unified edition of Chinese textbooks and illustration resources,analyzes the overall situation of the illustration resources of the textbooks and clarify the research scope,which including character illustrations,thing illustrations,landscape illustrations,story scene diagrams,schematic illustration diagrams and decorative illustrations.The overall change in the number of each grade has the characteristics of diversified use of color,diversified location and form The characteristics of close connection between pictures and texts;Thirdly,it studies the application value of the illustration resources of the unified edition of junior middle school Chinese teaching materials,which has the value of improving the traditional teaching methods,assisting Chinese teaching and cultivating students’ various abilities;It has the value of increasing interest in Chinese learning,building effective learning strategies and testing convenient ways of knowledge.Finally,it introduces the application of illustration resources in the textbooks.The theoretical basis is Gardner’s multiple spatial intelligence theory and pevior’s double coding theory.The third part is the survey of the use of illustration resources in the unified edition of junior Chinese textbooks.Questionnaire survey was used to understand the current situation of the utilization of illustration resources in the Chinese textbooks.In the survey,it is found that there are the following problems in the process of using illustration resources: at the teacher level,teachers fail to recognize the value of teaching the use of illustration resources in teaching materials,the application methods are not flexible enough,and there is a lack of teaching perfection of the use of illustration resources after class;At the student level: lack of correct understanding of textbook illustration resources,failure to make full use of textbook illustration resources to assist learning,and have not formed a good after-school learning strategy.The fourth part is the strategy on the application of illustration resources in the Chinese textbooks.In order to give full play to the application value of illustration resources,based on the current situation of the application of illustration resources between teachers and students,with the support of relevant theories and referring to the Chinese curriculum standards,the author puts forward the following application strategies from the application subject: at the teacher level,the author puts forward the strategies of "preparing" illustrations before teaching,"using" illustrations in the teaching process and "testing" illustrations after teaching;At the level of students,this paper puts forward the strategy of establishing a correct view of illustrations and "using" illustrations in multiple forms.
