| With the promulgation of relevant documents about core competencies in our country,it showed that the country attaches more and more importance to the cultivation of core competencies in the educational growth of students. In 2014,the Ministry of Education issued the Opinions on Comprehensively Deepening Curriculum Reform and Implementing the Fundamental Task of Cultivating Virtues and Educating People. In the ten measures to promote curriculum reform,it was pointed out that compiling and revising subject textbooks of colleges and primary and secondary schools, improving teaching methods, reforming examination and evaluation system, among which, researching and formulating the core quality system of students’ development, making it clear that students should have the necessary character and key ability to meet the needs of lifelong development and social development and penetrating into all disciplines and sections, were the key tasks of this curriculum reform; In September2016,the Ministry of Education commissioned Beijing Normal University and experts from 100 universities in China to formulate the Core Competencies of Chinese Students’ Development, proposing that the core should be to cultivate "well-rounded people".The physical education that students received in colleges and universities was the last stage of the whole school age.How to design a physical education core competencies course for students at the end of the school age was very important for college students who were about to leave school and enter society to adapt to society and contribute to society. This study took badminton as the carrier, aimed at cultivating the physical education core competencies of higher vocational college students, and conducted a design research on the classroom teaching of public elective badminton courses in higher vocational colleges under the core sports literacy.Through several research methods, such as literature, questionnaire survey, interview, teaching experiment, test, mathematical statistics, etc.,the classroom teaching design experiment was carried out on the freshman badminton public elective course of Guangxi Safety Engineering Vocational and Technical College. After 16 weeks of teaching experiment, the results showed as follows:(1)Before the experiment, the exercise ability, health behavior and sports morality of the control class and the experimental class were tested and evaluated.Independent sample test and independent sample non-parametric test were conducted according to the normal distribution of the obtained data. The results showed that there was no significant difference between the control class and the experimental class before the experiment in the comparison of 37 secondary test index data of exercise ability, health behavior and sports morality.(2)Before and after the experiment, after 16 weeks of teaching experiments,it was concluded that:(1)In terms of athletic ability, the control class had different degrees of improvement in basic skills, classroom sports performance and some physical fitness, but had no significant effect on endurance. In contrast, the experimental class had improved to varying degrees in physical fitness, basic skills and classroom sports performance.(2)In terms of health behaviors, both the control class and the experimental class had different degrees of improvement in the emphasis on parts, but in general, the improvement range of the experimental class was wider than that of the control class, and the degree was more obvious.(3)In terms of sports morality, the control class had a certain degree of improvement in sports morality, and there was no significant difference in the rest. The experimental class had different degrees of improvement in the three aspects of sports morality. Before and after the experiment,in the data comparison between the control class and the experimental class, compared with the traditional classroom teaching, the classroom teaching design of this study could more comprehensively improve the students’ core physical education.(3)After the experiment,(1)There was no significant difference between the control class and the experimental class in terms of athletic ability and in terms of improving students’ fast sprint speed, core strength of the waist and abdomen, and flexibility of the hip and crotch. It had a significant effect on improving the explosive power of upper arms and lower limbs, the flexibility of upper and lower limbs, waist and abdomen, cardiopulmonary endurance and agility and coordination of students. And it had a very significant effect on improving the strength speed of the upper arm of the students and the reaction speed of the left and right kicks of the body;in the basic skills, the experimental class and the control class were improved to a certain extent in the students’ high-distance ball and straight-line surfing skills, and the improvement of the experimental class was more obvious than that of the control class, and there were significant differences in the comparison of grip, serve, and control of the ball. There was a very significant difference in the basic technique of the forehand serve high ball, the pace of the left and right sides to catch the ball;in the classroom performance, there was a significant difference in the technical and tactical awareness, and there was a very significant difference in the performance of the classroom game.(2)In terms of health behavior, there was no significant difference in the six aspects of reification, obsessivecompulsive symptoms, anxiety, hostility, paranoia and psychosis. There were significant differences in fear, diet and sleep, and very significant differences in interpersonal relationships and depression.(3)In terms of sports morality, there was no significant difference in the comparison of sports morality, there was a significant difference in sports character, and there was a very significant difference in sportsmanship. It showed that compared with traditional classroom teaching, whether it was in terms of sports ability, healthy behavior,or sports morality, the classroom teaching design of this study could relatively comprehensively and obviously improve students’ physical core competencies. |
