China has made it clear that it will basically achieve socialist modernization by2035,complete the building of a strong country,and enhance the people’s sense of gain,happiness and security.In the process of building a strong country and building happiness,giving play to the important role of talents is the guarantee of our victory.Therefore,the training of college students is very important.The purpose of this paper is to explore the influence of participation in volleyball on subjective well-being and psychological capital of college students,and to study the influence of participation in volleyball on subjective well-being of college students and the mediating role of psychological capital between participation in volleyball and subjective well-being of college students.To build a good psychological environment for college students to cope with challenges and realize the ideal of personal and family life.The research was carried out by the method of literature,experiment and mathematical statistics.The concept,measurement and theory of previous research are reviewed by the method of literature.The volleyball intervention experiment was used to simulate the influence process of sports on subjective well-being.The experimental results were compared by independent sample t test and paired sample t test.The regression analysis and mediation effect test were conducted by PROCESS.The research results:(1)Before the experiment,there was no significant difference in subjective wellbeing and psychological capital between the control group and the experimental group(P>0.05).(2)By independent sample t test,the subjective well-being of the experimental group was 103.22±13.715 and that of the control group was 106.62±12.676 before the experiment(P>0.05).The psychological capital of the control group was 112.36±15.984 after the experiment and 109.30±16.904 before the experiment(P>0.05).(3)According to the paired sample t test,the total subjective well-being score of the experimental group after exercise intervention was 119.84±14.638,which was significantly higher than that before exercise intervention(104.22±12.716)(P<0.01).The total psychological capital score of the experimental group after the exercise intervention was 123.32±15.566,which was significantly higher than that before the intervention(P<0.01).(4)Through independent sample t test,the total SWB score of the experimental group was 119.84±14.638 significantly higher than that of the control group,105.80± 12.097(P<0.01).After the experiment,the total psychological capital of the experimental group was 123.32±15.566,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 110.92±15.198(P<0.01).(5)Participation in volleyball sports had a significant positive correlation with subjective well-being(r=0.442,P<0.01),participation in volleyball sports had a significant positive correlation with psychological capital(r=0.396,P<0.01),and subjective well-being had a significant positive correlation with psychological capital(r=0.632,P<0.01).(6)The effect size of the total effect was 0.929,and that of the indirect effect was0.426;Confidence intervals for total effects [0.577,1.282] and indirect effects[0.207,0.662] do not contain 0.The mediating effect was significant(P<0.01).Psychological capital plays a partial mediating role in the process of volleyball’s influence on subjective well-being,and the mediating effect accounts for 45.8%.Research conclusion:1.After the 8-week volleyball intervention experiment,the total scores of subjective well-being and psychological capital of college students participating in volleyball sports were significantly higher than those of the control group.2.Participation in volleyball sports has a significant positive correlation with the subjective well-being of college students;participation in volleyball sports has a significant positive correlation with the psychological capital of college students;subjective well-being of college students has a significant positive correlation with the psychological capital.3.Psychological capital plays a partial mediating role in the process of improving college students’ subjective well-being by participating in volleyball sports.4.College students participating in volleyball can enhance their subjective well-being through psychological capital.
