| As an important part of the vocational education system,secondary vocational education shoulders the important task of cultivating high-quality workers,and also plays a basic role in building a vocational education system with Chinese characteristics.Under the background of rapid economic development,the society has put forward higher requirements for skilled talents,and the state has also issued a large number of relevant policies to promote the development of vocational education.In response to the background of the national high call,the scale of secondary vocational education has been expanded,the development momentum is rapid,and it shows strong vitality.But in this trend,secondary vocational school teaching also exposed many problems.If these problems cannot be properly handled,the development of secondary vocational schools will stagnate and the quality of talent training will be greatly reduced.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the teaching reform of secondary vocational schools to make it fit the vocational education training objectives of " service-oriented,employment-oriented and competency-based." In view of this,this study focuses on the tourism service majors in secondary vocational schools,introduces TBL teaching method into the course of " Front Office Service and Management," and further explores its teaching design.Based on TBL teaching method,this study conducts teaching design and application research on ’ Front Office Service and Management ’ in secondary vocational schools,mainly from the following aspects : First,the literature analysis method is used to sort out the teaching research background and current situation of TBL teaching method in the course of ’ Front Office Service and Management ’ in secondary vocational schools,analyze and summarize the research status of TBL teaching method at home and abroad,and determine the research significance and methods.Secondly,the literature research method is used to define the core concepts and sort out the relevant theoretical basis,so as to provide theoretical basis and guarantee for the development of this research.Thirdly,the combination of questionnaire survey and interview analysis is adopted to understand the current teaching situation of students in learning the course,and summarize the actual difficulties existing in the current course teaching.Fourth,based on the application design of TBL teaching method in the course of " Front Office Service and Management " in secondary vocational schools.Firstly,the implementation content of the " Front Office Service and Management " course suitable for TBL teaching method is summarized.Based on the course content,the implementation principles are summarized.Finally,the implementation design of TBL teaching method in the "Front Office Service and Management " course is discussed,which lays a foundation for later practical research.Fifth,based on TBL teaching method,practice in the teaching of ’ Front Office Service and Management ’ course in secondary vocational schools.Firstly,according to the teaching objectives and the overall situation of the students,the practice plan is determined,in which the perfect plan is formulated and the evaluation plan for the implementation of the plan is made.Secondly,carry out teaching practice.Finally,the practical effect is analyzed to test whether TBL teaching method can have a positive impact on students ’ learning and teachers ’ teaching,and put forward the shortcomings and suggestions in practical teaching application.Sixth,summarize and analyze the achievements and shortcomings in the whole research process,and look forward to the trend of TBL teaching method in the follow-up study. |
