| With the deepening of the aging degree in our country,the number of senile dementia patients in our country is also increasing,at present,dementia has become the fourth disease threatening the health of the aged after cardiovascular disease,cerebrovascular disease and tumor.The development of senile dementia is a long-term process,and there is still no complete cure method,so prevention is the key to delay the occurrence and development of senile dementia.In recent years,under the advocacy of the state policy,the senile dementia and its prevention have been widely concerned by all walks of life,not only medical,nursing,psychology and other subjects focus on the topic,social Work is also highly concerned about the field.The key to the prevention of dementia is education,which can improve the awareness and knowledge of the elderly and help the elderly to deal with the confusion of dementia.The traditional prevention of dementia is mainly based on science popularization education in community,which is difficult to meet the diverse needs of the elderly.During my internship,I participated in the design of the project of social work intervention for dementia prevention in L community in Suzhou.This article will introduce and analyze the development process of the project team in detail.Under the guidance of social support theory and activity theory,the project adopts group interaction mode and carries out"Comprehensive" preventive education activities to not only meet the knowledge needs of the elderly,at the same time,through rich and colorful forms,to better meet the needs of the elderly dementia prevention education needs,interest needs,potential needs,emotional needs and sustainable needs.Through the targeted design of group activities,to help clients learn scientific preventive knowledge,improve bad habits,cultivate healthy lifestyles,tap their potential strengths,build emotional support platforms in the community,and consolidate the sustainable development of group activities,so as to better promote the prevention of senile dementia awareness and prevention ability.After the end of the project,the author evaluates the service object,analyzes the target achievement of the project according to the comparison of the pre-test and post-test data,summarizes and reflects on the project,and puts forward pertinent suggestions,in order to provide the feasible experience reference for the future group work to intervene the educational practice of senile dementia prevention. |
