Employment has always been concerned by the state,because employment is related to people’s livelihood,the Rural Labor Force urban employment is the current mainstream of the economy and society,why the vast rural labor force is not willing to work in rural areas? Is it because rural employment is too difficult or because rural infrastructure does not meet the needs of the working population? Conversely,why do large numbers of rural workers choose to work in cities and towns,and what are the advantages of urban employment? What are the reasons why rural industries and jobs do not retain rural workers in comparison to urban ones? These problems are worth us to understand and explore,so as to better serve the rural areas,promote rural labor employment,promote rural economic and social development.This article will take the questionnaire survey as the main method,uses the dual logistic regression analysis model to carry on the analysis to the data which collects.Taking the rural working population of Henan Province as the sample,this paper studies and analyzes the rural employment willingness of the rural working population of Henan Province,and specifically analyzes which factors affect the rural working population’s employment in Henan Province,only by analyzing why they do not want to work in rural areas,they can better respond to the problems and make corresponding changes.First,the questionnaire “The basic situation of rural employment of rural laborers in Henan Province is designed,which takes whether the rural laborers in Henan Province are willing to choose long-term employment in rural areas as the dependent variable,the participants were selected by design based on their gender,age,distance from cities and towns,farming,satisfaction with their current income,preference for rural life,and insufficient income to buy a house in a city,having to be in the countryside,taking care of the elderly or their own health,being too old,the 23 factors,such as inconvenient travel,lack of jobs in cities and towns,inadequate infrastructure,environmental problems,too low income,weak policy support,and few industrial categories,were analyzed as independent variables,the main influencing factors are low income,imperfect infrastructure,environmental factors,policy support is not strong,the industry category is less 5 factors.The most significant factor was too low income.In addition,a questionnaire “Basic situation of urban employment of rural labor in Henan Province is designed to compare and verify,and more direct analysis is made to find out the reasons that really affect rural labor’s reluctance to work in rural areas,the questionnaire is based on whether the respondents are willing to return to the rural long-term employment as a dependent variable.The 19 factors including sex,age,education,agriculture(agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and fishery),manufacturing(Electronics Industry,textile industry and Machinery Manufacturing),service(catering,hotel,tourism),other industries(taxi drivers,sales,etc.),place of residence,reasons for children to go to school,higher salary,convenient infrastructure,liking urban life,having a stable job in urban areas,and having a stable home in urban areas were analyzed as independent variables,the results show that the main influencing factors are infrastructure imperfection,medical and health factors,environmental factors,low income,few industrial categories and weak policy support,the most obvious factor was too low income.From the data analysis of the questionnaire survey,we can draw a relatively obvious conclusion,and from the survey results we can clearly see that,the main factors that affect the unwillingness of the rural labor in Henan Province to work in the countryside are income factors,infrastructure factors,industrial categories and so on,the government should introduce relevant policies and supporting measures to address the adverse consequences caused by relevant factors,and optimize the allocation of resources around the country in order to promote the employment of the rural working population in Henan Province,not only in cities and towns,we should also promote the development of local economy through our own construction,and make local employment the first choice of the rural labor force.
